Candy Cloud - Willoughby

We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

Overall, such a fun and unique treat spot. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!

I love Candy Cloud! I literally drive 45 minutes just to get Candy Cloud. The staff is so nice and helpful. The self help kiosks are fast and easy to order on. The prices are good, and the wait time is reasonably fast. Their drinks and soft serve are so yummy and so aesthetically pleasing. I love that they give out stickers while supplies last and have a new sticker drop about every month. I'm also obsessed with their seasonal menu. I had their cotton candy dirty soda which they had in October, and just tried their frozen hot chocolate which they have now in November. I'm also obsessed with their layered birthday cake soft serve. It is SOOO good! The pictures I posted are the Dirt Pie layered soft serve, Birthday Cake layered soft serve, Butterfly Lavender Lemonade, Mangonade with mango flavored boba, and the frozen hot chocolate. Sadly I never took a picture of their cotton candy dirty soda, but I hope they bring that back because it was divine. Try this place, you will not regret it!

Was told by the manager that the birthday drink runs all month, I come up here 8 days later and it’s no longer on the app!!!!! How frustrating and embarrassing to try and use your birthday reward and it’s not anywhere in the system. So annoying.

Candy cloud is the best. Alexa is fantastic, she provides great service across the board. I come in everyday and every one is the best here.

Alexa was such an amazing help with finding a drink for me to try and she was kind with a radiant personality! She even helped me sign up for the rewards program! Will be my new study spot thanks to her! Will definitely be back!

Love everything about this place, cannot wait for them to expand further in Ohio!
One of my favorite things, besides the delicious drinks themselves, are the containers they come in. I love their to go cups! It’s a gorgeous design. Owners are incredibly kind, and you can see them daily in the shop. Awesome humans doing great work
