Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Just drove over here from the other side of town said they were closed at 10 walk in it is 935 and they say are they are closed walked out and watch the guy lock the door behind me

My child consumed most of her loaded fries she got to the last few bites and noticed a needle sticking out of her food when she pulled the what she thought was a needle out she realized it was a whole name tag at the bottom of her food.

Awful service and terrible quality of food. Honestly go to the mall location.

I was going to order but after reading the reviews (I started with the lowest first) I definitely won't be going to eat there. Thanks people

Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I only found one slice of mushroom. It was not overflowing with meat like the description states. Who puts lettuce in a cheesesteak???? The onion and peppers were lightly cooked. It was so disappointing I threw it out. There are plenty great sub places in the area. This is not one of them. Service was friendly and fast.

I ordered food and paid a little bit over $17 for it. I checked my bank account after I paid the $17 and noticed there was another charge for the same place and on the same day for a little over $6 on top of the $17.00. I did not order twice so why the heck was I charged another $6? I called the restaurant and they did not want nothing to do with me and would not help me.

I picked up trash in front of your location trying to be nice and keep it clean. Walked in and asked the girl if there a can to throw it away in. She scoffed at Me. I was there to order 4 sandwiches. Will not be back.She was rude. I thought I was day nice

Been eye balling this place for about a year. Finally stopped in w my wife. Manager was polite and engaging. Atmosphere was nice. Place was clean. Staff were cool. Food was great and was delivered to our table in about minutes. If it had 6 stars, I would have checked the box.

Have to give it 1 star. Would give it less if I could. I used to love the food at the one in the mall. I have had food twice from this location and neither time has it been good. No sauce on my chicken teriyaki (and I ordered extra). CHICKEN WAS DRY AND TOUGH. Fries not any good either. Totally disappointed. No more chances.Our bill was $108.00 that we will never get back.

Fast Service, perfectly prepared food, friendly staff. I loved the $5 discount just for setting up an account. Definitely worth it. I’ve already come back and will be a regular.

Overpriced. Was good and tasty just too much money for what you get. Small portion sizes. Even when you get a large size which I did.
