Been coming to Charlottes basically since she first opened. And let me tell you, its the best ice cream in the northeast ohio area! The amount of variety and control you have over what you want is second to none! I highly recommend you try it if you havent (and if you have, do it again)
Love this place! We discovered it when I was pregnant with my little girl 6 years ago. I was craving dole whip and now we make it a point to visit every summer. Blows my mind that there's even a single bad review because they have ALWAYS been so nice to us. They have always been accommodating to any request they I have. My little one loves the kids sundaes. She said her Bluey Gooey was SOOOO AWESOME when we went today! My only complaint is that they aren't a year round...
