Food decent although they were out of chips. Like most Chipotle sites the dining room was an unsanitary pig pen. Garbages overflowing and tables and chairs not wiped clean.

My roommate and I ordered from here via doordash. They didn't add all the ingredients we wanted and the bowls were less than half full. Not to mention the price of using doordash made my total price almost 4 times what it would be if I just drove the 3 miles toget it myself. Never again will I make that mistake.

They were out of chicken, honey chicken, steak, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese, and chips. The meat they did have was ice cold. Very disappointing. Everything went straight into the garbage. We used to love Chipotle, but we will not be ordering from here anymore.

Food was great, service amazing restaurant kinda dirty but being that they r always busy i guess I get it... but would be much better to eat in if it was clean and not sticky... take the food to go you will be fine

it is actually so sad how bad this chipotle is. i keep going back hoping it will be better, i keep wanting to give them another chance. today was my last straw… surprisingly enough they had everything (they are always out of something, so i was hopeful). first the rice, they gave me the biggest scope of rice i have ever seen, 75% of the bowl is rice. next the chicken, it is always burnt. the toppings are usually edible. CHIPS, they had chips today. lo and behold thag my entire bag of chips is crushed. not a single whole chip. i have officially decided to longer come back. i wish this store the best. it’s not me, it’s you chipotle.

If you are open until 11 o’clock, why are you out of food at 10 o’clock at night you got a whole hour of people about to come in so why do you not have corn, sour cream, tomatoes, vinaigrette? Why are these things that you don’t have when you’re open for a whole hour at this point just close at 10 o’clock Because you guys have no food to serve anybody stop wasting peoples time and cook some food like a normal business and stop being lazy

This is the worse chipotle ever. I don’t know how they stay open. Went in a few night ago at 7pm. They said they were out of white rice, the honey chicken, and bunch of other stuff. Today I went back 530. Still out of honey chicken and black beans this time. Crazy part is it doesn’t have to be like this… one of the cashier told me, they just “haven’t made any bc it’s too close to closing and takes too long”.,, TO MAKE RICE?!? And chicken?!?! When you don’t close til 11?!?! Crazy. Save your time and use that gas to drive to the Eastlake location.
