Staff was very very silly and unprofessional. People serving the food does not give out correct portions. Unpleasant visit!!!!

My boyfriend and I ate at this Chipotle yesterday and ordered the exact same bowl we always get(chicken). About two hours later, we were both violently sick with vomiting and severe stomach issues. It wasn’t until tonight that I felt well enough to even write this review. We had not eaten anything else that day, and the timing makes it very clear that something was wrong with the food.
After reading through the reviews, it’s alarming how many people describe the same exact experience. This location already has extremely low ratings, and for good reason. Food safety is not optional, and whatever is happening here needs to be addressed immediately.
On top of that, the staff had horrible attitudes, which only made the experience worse. Customers should not be spending their hard-earned money just to receive attitude and end up with food poisoning. This location should not be serving customers until major changes are made. The health department seriously needs to step in. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly through all of these bad reviews given nothing has changed with this location. It is not hard to properly cook food, have gloves, and smile. Do better.

I walked in and they made an announcement that everything had to be paid with exact change because they don’t have change. Walked up to the front of the line and they’re out of cheese, lettuce, and all of their cold items. It’s not even 9pm and they’re open until 11pm daily….. so, no effort, got it. Chicken is hard rice looked rough I didn’t feel comfortable eating it.

Went in saturday to grab a bite before a movie. Immediately noticed like all chipotles in the general area, the counter was littered with debris from every half pan on the line, after a few minutes an employee let everyone know that they ran out of rice and itd be about 20 min before they had any. Went across the street and gave q'doba my business where they don't run out of ingredients on a daily basis.

Came in on a Saturday around lunch hour. While standing in a very backed up line, I looked around and realized the establishment was filthy. Even worse, there was a disgusting odor within the room which I soon discovered was the employee working the register. The employee who took my order could not have been less friendly if she tried. I decided to dine in because I was hungry and ended up throwing away the majority of my food because I couldn’t shake the odor of the employee and what I witnessed employees doing (wiping mouth / nose then handling food without gloves, using phone with food gloves, etc). Worst chipotle experience ever. For your own health, safety, and sanity, AVOID THIS LOCATION

I waited in line for an extremely long time because the workers were so slow and when I finally got up there, I asked for a large chips and a large queso, and they said that they didn’t have chips, but I could see the chips that they had just made, and they said that I couldn’t buy them

Every time I go to Chipotle now, there is something wrong. The rice is undercooked. The Carnitas is dry like it has been there all day. The Chicken has so much salt. And since I use the app, the store cannot help me. And online is all Ai which NEVER is helpful. I don't have time to keep driving around (so much for those carbon saved messages) every time I want to have mexican food prepared badly. I'm done with Chipotle.

Worst possible chipotle you could ever go to. All three times we have gone in at 7pm (4 hours until close) and they have been out of major items like rice or the all proteins and have no intention on making more… it’s a waste of time walking in at this point because you will never get the meal you want.

Those employees are doing the best they can with what they’re given. A Saturday night rush is tough enough, and adding in a new, barely trained employee can make things even more challenging. But the staff, including the manager, stayed calm, polite, and level-headed through all of it. And despite the chaos, the food was delicious.

Chicken wasn’t fully cooked! Threw half my food away. They were missing fajitas, steaks, & carne asada. Guacamole was very dark brown looked like it stayed out all night. One of the employees was being very disrespectful & cussing to the other employees. I don’t recommend anyone to come here during lunch hours. 😑

Tough visit. They had no chicken and the grill wasn't even turned on. No rice, said 20 minute wait. Looked around and the place was filthy, also, all the toppings were in each others pans so I hope there is no cross contamination allergy for a patron. Very disappointed. Never got food. Culture needs a jolt....

Would give a negative rating if I could and I don’t usually leave reviews. First there was no chicken in the store. They asked if I wanted to replace I said steak. Cool. I get the food damn near an hour later from the driver. I ordered pinto got black beans. Didn’t get my side of chips. The steak, undercooked, ZERO FLAVA and mostly fat. So I essentially paid 15 dollars for half an order, and a bowl of bland veggies and rice. I get stores can be understaffed. But this was completely unacceptable
Especially for the money that was spent.
