The meal was terrific! Had to cancel vacation plans and life gave us lemons so we decided to make lemonade and try some restaurants we wanted to try but never had the time . Coppia did not disappoint. Great food and excellent service ! We lucked out with the seasonal menu! Sea scallops, octopus, black cod and elk… terrific ! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Coppia is different from most restaurants in the area.. maybe in Cleveland. The menu is seasonal, ingredients are fresh, the food is delicious, and the presentation perfection, just like its ambience. I love this place and it’s well worth the visit!

What a gem. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious and beautiful. The service was expert but friendly. The chef came out to the table to tell us about the amazing iberico pork dish. We were there around 8pm on a weekend, and almost had the place to ourselves. Would have been a better atmosphere if there were more people. Definitely recommend!

Cool Venue. Service was adequate; however, the server did not seemed well versed on the preparation of the food or the elements on the plate. Enjoyed the well prepared and delicious grilled octopus appetizer. Ordered the pork tenderloin, advised it would be substituted with a pork cut similar to a skirt steak. If asked, I would have ordered the preparation to be less than the medium plus that was served. Three of our party had the black cod. The visual of this course was not appetizing and in no way similar to the photo that appears on their website. It was monotone gray and lacked the green garnish that appears on the website photo. Most disappointing was the fish was extremely salty. Waiter and hostess saw the course was mostly present when plates were removed, inquired as to why and informed that it was too salty. No offer of another choice, remake or an explanation. I guess even chefs are entitled to an off night. Unfortunate for the customer though. Went home and had a sandwich.

We tried out Coppia in Willoughby and wow — what a gem! The atmosphere was cozy and classy, the service was top-notch, and the food was incredible. The scallops were hands down the best I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

What an absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Coppia in Willoughby. From start to finish, everything we tried was spot on, and the care in presentation matched the flavors perfectly.
We decided to go all in and order every appetizer, and honestly there wasn't a weak dish in the lineup. But if I had to choose favorites, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, and the Maine lobster roll was luxurious, creamy, and fresh with just the right amount of indulgence.
For mains, the grouper was the shining star of the evening crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, beautifully seasoned, and paired with a rich, creamy risotto that tied it all together. (Though I'll add the steak, which we didn't get a photo of, was equally outstanding!)
And then came dessert. I'll be honest, I don't usually go for sweets. But here? Do not skip dessert. All three we tried were absolute standouts: craveable, elegant, and each with its own unique twist. They weren't overly sweet, just beautifully balanced and memorable.
The atmosphere was warm, the service attentive without being overbearing, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. This is one of those places where you leave not just full, but delighted that every course felt intentional and worth savoring.
If you're anywhere near Willoughby, Coppia deserves a spot at the top of your list. We will absolutely be back.

We went there with high expectations due to the menu options and published pictures. We made a reservation in advance for a special occasion, and obviously it was a destination for us as there is nothing else in close proximity except for the airport. The food, the flavors and presentation were good overall, creative and unique. I would love to give them a good review but unfortunately am unable to. We have had many interesting food experiences all over the world, and this restaurant unfortunately did not provide a high-end restaurant experience to us. The person at the front was not very friendly and was about to sit us right by the entrance door. We are older and the draft from the door on a cold evening would not have been good. She did accommodate our request for another table, but with somewhat of an attitude. The room was virtually empty when we came and not to full capacity when we left. I suggest that the table by the door should only be used as a backup. The server was nice but never provided us with details of the dishes as we have had at the restaurants of different levels. The ingredients are on the menu, but there is so much more in how they are put together. The worst part was when my cod entree came lukewarm on the top and fridge-cold at the bottom (that said, my husband's elk steak was very good). Eventually we were able to get attention from the front door lady who, without saying anything, removed the dish and 5 min later returned to say that the chef would be right out. The chef came back with leftovers reheated and put back together. Only after I asked what happened and if the fish was cooked, she explained the process and at the end apologized, matter of fact. No service recovery. We were startled. We did ask for a dessert to celebrate and the menu came back, with no explanations. We went for a pave' which consisted of two rather tasteless soft chocolate bars. This place has a lot of potential and I wish them well.

We have dined here twice, once ordering off the regular menu and the other was the Chef’s table experience. Both times were absolutely fantastic! The wine pairing with the Chef’s table was perfect.
They also were able to accommodate our party for the Chef’s table on very short notice to celebrate our engagement. They made the experience extremely special for us and our whole family.
We’ve already can’t wait to go back to try their fall menu!

It’s hard for me to accurately classify this particular restaurant. The ambience is adorable and unexpected. The service is 100% top notch. All of that is great; however, the food.
The food.
The food.
THE FOOD.
Saying the chefs are gifted beyond belief is a complete understatement. The chefs at this restaurant won the TV show Chopped. We did not know that before I came here the first time, and I was blown away by the flavor explosion of literally everything we enjoyed.
So….we came back a second time. I am not sure what I expected…but…..The experience was even more transcendent.
We’ve had pasta, pork, steak, apps to include the charcuterie board and EVERY dessert on the menu. AMAZING. that does not do it justice. I don’t have words….
I would love to eat here every day of my life.
The chefs are gifted, talented, and true artists.
If you have the opportunity to come here, just do it!
I literally cannot wait to come back again.

Elk steak was depth in flavor and cooked perfectly. The pork belly sitting on top of a celery root puree was honestly the better of the two items we ate there. Always appreciate a root vegetable being used in that way. Everyone was super nice and the chefs both kept coming to tables to talk with their patrons. Impressive all around.
Also if a Brittany from 7Bros applies for a mixologist position, you will not be disappointed with her customer service and her cocktail creations!

So many good things to share. Let's start with the chef being so amazing, friendly, and so accommodating to my situation today. Being 38 weeks pregnant is not easy and she brought tears to my eyes with the understanding and kind gensture for my husband and I, as today was also celebrated 4years of love. I truly appreciate her and will be back!
Food:
Augusta Greens- It was delish. The dressing was nice and paired well with the dish.
From the bistro: the mussels were tender and not fishy at all. And let me say that sauce, man that sauce was fire. I soaked that bead in there and drank it off the bread. Beautiful.
Cobblestone Charm: the grouper was cooked beautiful. Moist and so flavorful. I didnt think I would like the orzo because I am not a big elote fan. But let me tell you, it was so good and went perfect with that fish. I will absolutely order this again.
Whistling Bayou: This too was delish. My husband said it was rich and flavorful. The meat was so tender too.
All around amazing and we can't wait to have a date night back here after the baby is born.

The new restaurant is beautiful and the service is great. I wish they would have kept the pork chop they served in Chesterland because this one was not it. The previous one... seriously the best pork chop I've ever had. The menu items are creative, appetizers were great, but the pork chop entrée and the chopping block ribeye we ordered were very dry and flavorless. They were topped with sweet sauces but that didnt help. It could be growing pains of a new restaurant though, so I will definitely try again in a few months when all of the kinks are worked out. Also, the seat by the door gets all of the incoming traffic and the blinding afternoon sun so avoid sitting there if possible.
