Great breakfast. Be sure to get their App, deals will arrive. Their $5 take homes are always welcome on busy days. If you are there for a late lunch or dinner try their super large hamburger or pork chops. As a plus the wife loves going through the store looking for deals.

I've not had good experiences with this place. There are many people eating in and get take out. I have been there a few times and just never felt pleased with the food.

Very good food!Affordable meals! Yesterday, we dined in Willoughby, OH and we had an amazing server and very nice cashier!

It’s always a problem , food isn’t never write everyone is rude

Usually the catfish dinner is our go to, however
two pieces of fish were the normal serving size and the second dinner one piece was a normal size and the second one was a half of a piece, the greens & fried apples were okay but the macaroni and cheese seems like it wasn't made from scratch , more like right out the box which was very disappointing which I couldn't eat and lastly I was told there was no bonus points in my account 😕.

Parking: The menu should stay consistent with the right ingredients.

Food was not as tasty as it has been in the past. Service was very slow, had to wait for everything. Needs some brightening up and a good scrubbing and dusting. The store area was bright and clean and aisles were wider which is good

Placed an order online came inside to get assistance placing the order for some pecan pancakes I got assistance placing the order and went outside to the car when the young man got to the car it wasn't even my order at all then they tried to make me keep the order that wasn't mine didn't even try to make the order right they wanted me to pay for a whole another order when I didn't even touch the food at all I really think it was in bad taste the way I was treated I think the cashier or I should say the manager might have had an issue with me having a better job than her or something I don't know what it was but it was in really poor taste the fact that I mean all I asked for was pecan pancakes and you couldn't change my order you know it wouldn't have been nothing more I mean just the unwillingness to work with me it was really shameful and you know I really like this place and I don't think I'll be back at all it's really sad and shocking or how I was treated

I ordered a meal and the computer time on my ticket for pickup was 8/12 p.m. I did not get my food until 24 minutes after that assigned time, the young lady at the desk was very Curt and not helpful she acted like she would rather not be bothered. My food finally came out and when I get home famished all my food was cold! I'm going to fall back from this particular restaurant the last three times I've been there I was not satisfied

Do not go here if you are wanting to eat in a good time!!!!
Waited 35 minutes after saying 15 then waited 45 minutes for our food. Ridiculous customer service
Not to mention to pee stained bathroom floor. This place is a disgrace to Willoughby Ohio.
And don’t get too worried that loud bang noise when you walk in is not gunshots. It’s the doors that are slamming. Do you think they would be well off enough to fix the doors?

Brutally long wait for carry out

Customer service is very bad. I had to wait a very long time for food. When the food came out it was sitting on the shelf. I was ignored for 10 minutes. This is not the first time this happened. It seems to be happening a lot.

The chicken was terrible it was darker than me and I'm Afro-American it was hard as a rock on the outside but not done on the inside he got boxes and we took it home to try to save it but it was no use we complained to the cashier and also one of the managers and she just looked at us like we were totally crazy that was $68 on down the drain it was my sister's birthday as well as mine and we were there to celebrate together with some out of town relatives. We order four chicken dinners with sides and one chicken tender dinner for the baby The greens were terrible we sent them back The macaroni and cheese with water The string things were hard we left there to go to Texas Roadhouse but the wait was too long so we stopped at Wendy's and we got sandwiches and the frosty another 20 something dollars go away it was a terrible experience because my family that came here to celebrate their mother's birthday from out of time first time being a cracker And it was terrible
