The food here is generally good & served hot & fresh but the best thing about this DQ location is their fast & efficient service especially as it pertains to moving customers very quickly through the drive-thru window. I'm currently obsessed w/ their eggnog milkshake but all of their sweet treats are delicious! 😋😊

Zero stars. My boyfriend and I walked inside as one of the staff members was mopping the floor. She seemed startled when she saw us. She proceeded to open the 2nd entrance door and allowed it to hit me instead of holding the door. She quickly yelled “Who locked the door?” And one of the other staff members told us that the lobby was closed and they could not take our order. Someone clearly did not lock the entrance door, so we assumed that we were able to order inside. There was a better way to handle this and the staff was extremely unprofessional. The staff failed at giving us a positive customer experience and we will no longer come to this location.

Food is bomb but am very unhappy with the service and that they can only take 2 orders per car in the drive thru. There were 6 of us in the car with 6 different orders and we tried to go inside to make it easier for them but the lobby was already closed. So then we went in the drive thru only to find out we all couldn’t get our own order which made things very difficult for us money wise. Then, when we went up to the window we were extremely disappointed with the service. She was giving us attitude and not making eye contact with us and even forgot our waters. Won’t be coming back:(

By far the best Dairy Queen in Lake County. Super friendly staff order is always correct. The hamburgers are always fresh. And it’s nice to see the same face has been working there for years inside lobby is very clean.

My nephew and I went to get a sweet treat, he wanted a banana spilt and this is what we were given. not surprising considering the attitude we got when it was given to us.

Every time I go here I order my food WELL DONE but by the time I reach the window to pay my food comes right out...idk if people are crazy or what but that's NOT WELL DONE so now I'm doing this review bcuz you will see it...
