I can usually get my orders, food and ice cream, pretty fast through the drive thru no matter how long the line is.

I stopped to order on a recent Saturday night. It was my observation, that the entire crew working there were all moving in high gear, and doing an excellent job as a team. Food quality and portions did not lack. 5/5

Dairy Queen use to be an iconic American chain and now its a hot dumpster fire. The blizzards are already melted before they even leave the restaurant. Did you guys increase the temp on those ice cream machines? Remember when they use to hold them upside down to prove it was solid? Now its a goopy mess. This always happens with their dinner shift crew, please correct this.

It's fast food so that why the three. We constantly are at this place. Flamethrower burger is good, so are the chicken tenders. We go thru drive thru. No matter how long the line is the line moves fast. No attitudes and customer service is up there with Chic a Fila.

Only complaint is the slushies don't have enough pumps of flavor now. They used to be great, now every time I go, you can see the ice. No color or flavor

Part of the iconic ice cream chain, featuring soft serve vanilla, chocolate and twist flavors. They also offer hot fast food: chargrilled burgers, fries, chicken straps, hotdogs, and salad. Drive thru and eat-in (note inside closes earlier). This Willoughby one used to be 5 star with impeccable service and food, but lately it's slipped. Drive through staff always seem rushed, make errors, and are sometimes curt. And the cones coming out are of inconsistent size and often look bad.
