Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Zero stars. My boyfriend and I walked inside as one of the staff members was mopping the floor. She seemed startled when she saw us. She proceeded to open the 2nd entrance door and allowed it to hit me instead of holding the door. She quickly yelled “Who locked the door?” And one of the other staff members told us that the lobby was closed and they could not take our order. Someone clearly did not lock the entrance door, so we assumed that we were able to order inside. There was a better way to handle this and the staff was extremely unprofessional. The staff failed at giving us a positive customer experience and we will no longer come to this location.

Love the ice cream cakes but they are definitely pricey

Food is bomb but am very unhappy with the service and that they can only take 2 orders per car in the drive thru. There were 6 of us in the car with 6 different orders and we tried to go inside to make it easier for them but the lobby was already closed. So then we went in the drive thru only to find out we all couldn’t get our own order which made things very difficult for us money wise. Then, when we went up to the window we were extremely disappointed with the service. She was giving us attitude and not making eye contact with us and even forgot our waters. Won’t be coming back:(

By far the best Dairy Queen in Lake County. Super friendly staff order is always correct. The hamburgers are always fresh. And it’s nice to see the same face has been working there for years inside lobby is very clean.

My nephew and I went to get a sweet treat, he wanted a banana spilt and this is what we were given. not surprising considering the attitude we got when it was given to us.

Every time I go here I order my food WELL DONE but by the time I reach the window to pay my food comes right out...idk if people are crazy or what but that's NOT WELL DONE so now I'm doing this review bcuz you will see it...

I will say, they had great customer service on this visit. But I ONLY go to Dairy Queen for the flame broiled taste to their burgers…. Today they were flat topped and have no flavor whatsoever so ever. It was disgusting 🤮 and disappointing.

They are always busy. But they also always extremely fast getting orders out! Never had a problem here when stopping in for lunch or a blizzard

Purchased a milkshske and vanilla cone. No wait inside, typical soft serve ice-cream and a good marshmallow shake with good customer service.
