“The pizza’s we got was burnt on the bottom. The donuts were good but definitely not like they used too! Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“

“Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful she’s usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .“

“How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! I love small cozy diners, and this fits the bill. Food was great. I got the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her meal also. Looking forward to going back!“

“We absolutely love the M-O-L Dunkin’! We stop here just about every day - the coffee is always hot and perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and on top of things—the line moves quicker than any other location we’ve been to. Highly recommend this location!“

“I went to this location after being completely unsatisfied with their customer service & atmosphere. I went through the drive thru and the employee was so patient and also very personable atmosphere!!!! If I could give a 10 I would!!! Great establishment and employees 👏 👌 👍“

“The workers at this Dunkin location were especially helpful and wanted to please their customers. This is refreshing, considering some of the other Dunkin locations have nasty employees and low-quality food. They even gave recommendations when we were sure what to order. Would stop here again!“

“A coffee shop you know will be open. You can order ahead via the app and know you can pick up your order. The coffee or food you order is ready fast. I like the coffee drinks. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Prices are okay. But the convience and good coffee I keep going.“
