As a black women I would not be coming here anymore. The people are racist. I went thru drive thru and I noticed I only got a few hash browns. Went in and nobody acknowledged me. Nobody was willing to help me. I was being ignored and literally had to say something to be recognized. I did notice that when the other race came in they welcomed them. Black people please spend your money elsewhere. Just because of our color doesn’t mean that we should be ignored and treated differently like our money not good enough. The people were very rude and no great customer at all.

Not accepting mobile orders. No explanation as to why.
Everytime I come here it’s mobile order only…drove 10mins away to Starbucks.. tired of getting disappointed by drive through or mobile only..
On Thursday morning, my son-in-law ordered 2 coffees and 2 pastries from the drive-thru. The coffees were suppose to be black and instead got caramel swirl with cream & sugar ? I had to text my son-in-law @ work to tell him my coffee was not what he ordered & was told his was wrong also. How hard is it to make sure the order is right, especially nowadays with the cost of coffee being high & so from now on, we will be checking the order if we do decide to go back..

Horrible.... Customers in the Drive-Thru we're just driving off due to the wait time... My mobile order did not print on their end so my order was not ready. I felt sorry for the two employees trying to run the drive-thru the lobby as well as doordash and mobile orders. Apparently the general manager only works the day shifts and consistently leaves early leaving the team short staffed. Unfortunately dunkin' donuts does not pay their store managers well so you end up with this quality of leadership... Back to Starbucks!!!

Dunkin always gets a 5 star review.... But today... this location, first time, was very busy! But they were super fast, just gave me the wrong donuts, coffee and tea were correct. Sorry guys.

Another stale Donut. Coffee terrible. Why does there Donuts and coffee taste so much different than the one by my house in Mentor. Some of the staff is really nice. Some are just very loud and not friendly.

Most days are hit or miss. This morning was a definste miss. When I got to the order screen, I was never greeted.. just "what would you like". Then I got to the window handed the lady my card and when she handed it back u said thank you....when she handed me my muffin I said thank you....when she handed me my drink I said thank you....not one you're welcome...RUDE!! Then I get to work and my muffin looks like it was not handled well. I might be done with this Dunkin...being polite and having manners can really affect a person's day and when in customer service, those are a must...do better lady at the window.
I recently went here after straying away from Dunkin for a while. Everything I got was a 10/10! I got a medium cold brew with pumpkin and butter pecan with almond milk, it was perfect. I also got a pumpkin donut and it was so good and fluffy! It didn’t taste old or stale- and mind you I got it around 3PM. Also, the people at the window were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dunkin and see myself choosing this over starbucks from now on! Thanks for the great experience!

Coffee is always on point BUT the donuts get worse everyday. It’s like they make them weeks in advance. The service just depends on who is there. The other food they have besides donuts is way overpriced and not so good.
