The restaurant was empty when I arrived but it was so loud because of the music and it wasn’t nice at all. The person who took my order was friendly enough and the food came up quick. The burger wasn’t as big as I expected it to be and the milkshake was small and I finished it by the time I got to the speedway nearby. They didn’t fill the bag with fries like I’ve seen at other restaurants but they really good. Everything was tasty but honestly Wendy’s burgers and fries...
Willoughby 5 Guys by far is the best! Burgers, service, and employees are 5 stars. Atmosphere is the same as any other 5 Guys.. but it was super clean. Everything you want in a fast food place. I highly recommend.
If you've had Five Guys before then you know what to expect. Good burger, decent fries, a bit pricey. Only thing working against this one is the location. It is in an oddspot in the plaza so it's easier to swing into Swensons across the street for a quick bite
