First time in and I loved it! Bri with an E was amazing! She was so sweet and nice. Checked in regularly and recommended some amazing food! The wings were crispy and flavorful, the waffle fries with steak (add bacon) were so much food for the price, and she gave me plant clips for my hair! This environment is down to earth and inviting. Great job girls!!

The food is outstanding…that said, the seating leaves a lot to be desired. Many of the barstools need replaced and the booths are even worse. I will choose other DTW locales with lesser quality food, just to be comfortable.

i had this sweet and spicy special pizza and it was amazing and and my wife got the hot wings and they were amazing. 10/10 recommend. also ashleigh and jess are amazing bartenders 100/10.

Always great service at Fats. Page n Alicia are the best,been coming here for 20 yrs. Best wings in town but suddenly the red ioes changed. Cajun dry rub has now become a tasteless soupy oily mess as well as the buffalo. Garlic parm was also disappointing. Bring back the old recipes

The waitress was super rude. My little brother took me in here the night before Thanksgiving. We waited in line for like a half hour in the cold rain. We go in. My brother goes to the bar for drinks. I find a table. Waitress comes up with menus. She tells me I need to start a tab for food? I said okay my brother started one at the bar. When I said that she snatched the menus back and said she wouldn’t serve me. We left and I will never go back.

The food is great and the bartenders are always nice. I think my biggest gripe would be the timeliness of the service. The atmosphere seems pretty relaxed overall? Rarely too loud depending on the time of day you go. Mind you, I'm reviewing based on coming here normally between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. weekdays
If you're not sitting at the bar you're very easily forgotten about. In one of my most recent visits I took colleagues here for an after work refresher only for the bartender/waitress to never come back and actually get everyone's drink orders. We ended up leaving and walking across the street to another bar.
The food is always super good, but even on a night where it doesn't seem too busy you might be waiting 30 to 40 minutes before you see your food. Again amazing food 10/10 but you're going to be waiting a minute.
I still think it's a great bar overall but the type of service you'll get definitely depends on what day/time you go and who is working.
Also just an fyi, if you go on a Friday the parking lot is not free and I was told cash only despite the QR thing being advertised. Needless to say I just parked down the street but It would be great to know before getting into the lot and trying to get situated lol.

Food's good but always seems to take pitifully long to come out. I don't know if their kitchen staff is poorly equipped or what, but 45 minutes for one pizza when the place isn't even full house is bad.
