The food was completely wrong and cold. The girl behind the register was to busy gawking at my husband that she couldn't do her job right. We purchased extra sauce and we were given cups of salsa...The items in the food was wrong as well. I do not recommend. I called and asked to speak to a manager 2 times and was told someone would call me and no one ever did. Bad food and bad service. STEER CLEAR!

I stopped in last night on my way home from a 12 hour work day to get food to go so I could sit on my couch and gorge. Service was wonderful, Jared S (per my reciept) was super nice and patient. It was only my second time there and he was very friendly talking me through the process and what my options were. Sadly, I got home, less than a half of a mile away, and everything was luke warm at best. Delicious no doubt, but I had to get up again to nuke it and I just wanted it to be hot!!

DONT EAT THERE. Got food poisoning. Also, witnessed the young guy make a bowl with the same gloves on he handled my cash and register with. Im pretty sure they're mishandling the food when patrons are not there. I wondered why this place is never busy. They're unsanitary!

Interesting fast casual BBQ, limited seating. Started with Mac and Cheese base, pulled pork protein, fired veggies, crema, and BBQ sauce- fabulous! A lot of food for the price- one plate was enough for 2 full meals.

Ribs are excellent! I ordered a side of mac n cheese and cole slaw which was not good at all in my opinion. The smoked wings were ok but very small. Customer service was great and the staff was super nice. Will I come again? Probably not but it was something new and different that I wanted to try.

Tried that place a couple of weeks ago, we ordered the chicken bowl, it was awesome, very flavorful. Great place for a healthy meal, they have other interesting options, will definitely be coming back for more. The place is great as well. Very welcoming people

We stopped in for a quick dinner since we were in willoughy. The owner served us and explained the choices we had and let us taste all of the sauces. We got a chicken bowl and brisket bowl. Both meats were flavorful and the sauces were great too. A healthier option similar to chipotle.

Very nice local restaurant. You create your own bowl, plate with nachos, rice, roasted potatoes. Add meat, cheese or sauce and toppings. I had the Pico de Gallo which is a little spicy, corn cheese jalapeños, and spicy sausage on rice. It was amazing. My friend had a vegetarian plate with nachos. The chips are very tasty. We're definitely going back. Everything was fresh and delicious. I like the local shops way more than the chain shops. The staff was helpful and explained everything. We try to support our local businesses as much as possible and this one is above and beyond!
