We stopped in for a quick dinner since we were in willoughy. The owner served us and explained the choices we had and let us taste all of the sauces. We got a chicken bowl and brisket bowl. Both meats were flavorful and the sauces were great too. A healthier option similar to chipotle.

Very nice local restaurant. You create your own bowl, plate with nachos, rice, roasted potatoes. Add meat, cheese or sauce and toppings. I had the Pico de Gallo which is a little spicy, corn cheese jalapeños, and spicy sausage on rice. It was amazing. My friend had a vegetarian plate with nachos. The chips are very tasty. We're definitely going back. Everything was fresh and delicious. I like the local shops way more than the chain shops. The staff was helpful and explained everything. We try to support our local businesses as much as possible and this one is above and beyond!

My family and I tried Gril Craft BBQ few weeks ago and we thought the food was excellent. The chicken and beef brisket we sampled in our build-a-bowl style meals was seasoned and grilled to perfection. And, as the attached photos suggest, the 'fresh to order' toppings, including sauteed veggies, tomatoes, cheeses, and sauces, almost seemed endless. The layout and ordering process puts you in mind of a BBQ style Chipotle restaurant. That said, the quantity and quality for the price point is comparable with other food establishments in the area. And, it's a bonus to have a handcrafted BBQ restaurant back in the area. The only downside of our experience was the lack of beverage options in the cooler. At the time we visited, they lacked bottled water and only had a small variety of carbonated beverages. All in all, we had a positive experience and certainly plan to visit again.

Staff greeted us and walked us through the ordering process that is similar to Subway or Chipotle style. The restaurant was clean and inviting, but the flavor was lacking in the food. If it were not for the BBQ sauce, it would have had none, kinda disappointed. I might try again, but not likely
I'm not huge on BBQ. Got roasted red potatoes and you could build it and it was soooo delicious! Wasn't planned to eat visiting. Just happened to be a few doors down from a drink place we wanted to try. This is a go too place for me when I'm out that way! if your kid likes Mac and cheese! It was a huge hit with her. absolutely recommended!!!!!!

Put in a mobile order at 3:45 today but the door was locked and no one answered the phone when we went to pick up the order. Can’t comment on food I never received but if they’re closed, you shouldn’t be able to place an order. Will be calling tomorrow for a refund.
