We love having a real ice cream shop so close to home! We have tried the soft serve, concretes, hand scooped, the specials like brownie sundae and apple dumpling, and even the ice cream sandwich— no complaints on anything! I would highly recommend trying them out, and check out their page for specials or new flavors. I’m also so excited to have them open year round😍

I have been so excited to visit Jo Jo’s. Went yesterday with my sister. Skipped lunch and ordered the Regular Concrete with no nuts. It was full of nuts, no real Hot Fudge that I could taste or see and no caramel. Just melted soft serve vanilla ice cream I can get anywhere. My sister did enjoy her 2 scoops of hard Salted Caramel. I gave a nice tip, since it’s right in front of you, but it wasn’t earned. I’ll go to Charlottes next time if they are still open. Jojo’s was highly recommended. I won’t spend my money here. Asking to leave the pecans out was a very simple request. 👎

I have picked up a few cones there during the Summer of 2024. High Quality iced cream, friendly and fast service and a nice location on Lakeshore. I have hit the drive thru so far, but maybe I'll stop in and check out the rooftop view before the season ends.

I just had the most disappointing root beer float of my life. I'm 39 weeks pregnant, and I've been wanting a root beer float so bad. This is the worst root beer I've ever tasted in my life. It's like someone without taste buds tried to describe what it is. Super disappointing. Straight into the trash ?

Great homemade hand-packed ice cream plus soft serve too! Many delicious flavors to choose from. They also have waffle and sugar cones besides the regular ones. ? Staff and service is always great! Very friendly and courteous. A really fun place to visit! They also have a selection of old fashioned candy and Carmel popcorn!
Dietary restrictions: They do have a sugar free option.

the rate on the receipt didn't match their board . I only requested the three toppings, syrup and 2 heath. The heath was all dust so basically bought a very expensive vanilla icecream and way too much whip cream. very disappointed and threw away when I got home.

Be careful ordering and visiting location. We ordered at the window and they charged for items more than what was indicated on the menu. Ended up paying $2-$3 more than menu prices indicated
