So I actually came on here to leave a five star review because I really do love their ice cream and they always have a friendly staff. Now let me say, I understand charging more for credit cards…it’s a pass through cost that many companies charge. However, my problem now is the owner blatantly lying in responses on here and saying “the price you see is the price you pay, however we offer a discount for paying with cash”. I just got home from ordering a brownie sundae with a menu price of $7.50. I was asked if I was paying by card, which I was, and was charged $7.77. Again, I never would have batted an eye on this until seeing responses from the owner saying that’s not how they do business. I can accept paying pass through costs but I will not ever spend money where the owner blatantly lies about what they do and that is clearly what Jojo’s is doing. My review that was going to be 5 stars is now 1 star. Don’t lie to your customers.

We live right down the road and have been here countless times because we love to support small businesses and enjoy their ice cream. We were disappointed when we went tonight during peak hours, ordered our regular, and were told they were cleaning their ice cream machine so they couldn’t do chocolate ice cream. I’m sorry, but that just seems like a very poor time during business hours and especially for a staple flavor. We also try to remember cash when we go, but sometimes don’t have any, and the 3.5% credit card fee is a huge deterrent. I’ve seen other reviews on that and the response back saying it’s a “cash discount” but it is not. There is literally a sign right at checkout stating the fee. Unfortunately, we don’t go as often as we’d like because of this.

The ice cream is seriously amazing. Very cute place. They've got such a good thing going on here, but its not gonna last if they dont do something about their employees. Weve been there 3 times now. No smiles, zero personality. Its not that difficult. Smile, greet people, make them feel welcome....or sadly, its not gonna last.

Very good ice cream, but not a fan of them being another business that penalizes the customer for using their credit card. The profits made for their products should be more than enough to cover that small fee. That in and of itself, would be good customer service.

Very average tasting ice cream. It’s sad because it’s such a beautiful building and would be a lot more fun to go if it wasn’t so average.
I have been enjoying The kitchen sink all summer and the staff have never missed a beat!! Best creamery around. 😋
Love the ice cream, love the workers, love the drive thru, but annoyed at how much they charge for a pup cup and how little you get.
We go very frequently and its very inconsistent with cone sizes and pup cup sizes.
Would love to give it 5 stars, but cannot due to the inconsistency both with the cones and the pup cups.
I will change my review if I notice changes.
