Nice inside but when it comes to service good luck getting them on the phone because god forbid there line is empty and they still can’t answer their phone I sat in the parking lot and called and still no answer while the drive thru and lobby were empty

I can't even explain to you how many times I've been to this location and had to wait a half hour plus for my food. This time I placed my order, waited a half hour, then started to come to get my order, just to wait another half hour to receive my food. It's so annoying that every time I order from this KFC I have to wait, even when I prepare for the wait

We had to wait an hour to get our food, then when we finally got it--we had to keep reminding them of stuff they forgot from our bags. When we finally got home, we realized that they forgot way more stuff than we even noticed while there. They got maybe 1/3 of our order correct.

This is mostly to address something I just witnessed. Dude comes in there trying to scam up some special and acts entitled and belligerent when he doesn't get his way. The kid behind the counter handled it beautifully, 5 stars. Happened on 6/27. Can't stand customers like that. Just because you know something exists, doesn't mean you're entitled to it. I'm not saying don't ask about it, but if the answer is no accept that and move on. The entitlement was unreal.

If i could give 0 stars I would!!! Customer service was non existent. Not only that they say they ran out of chicken and it would be a 30 minute wait after I already paid for and the girl had nerve to say just call customer service!!!!!!!!

I was the only person in drive through. Had to wait quite a while for my food to be made
Didn't receive my drinks and the food that was apparently being made came out cold. Also didnt recieve the desert the guy said he didnt have them then said they take ten minites to cook. He had plenty time considering he had me pull up, anyways if you like cold fries and cold chicken, you found it. Here's your k f c, too bad, it's the one nearest by me. I prefer my food warm and crispy

It was cooking in old grease making the chicken taste burnt. It was also greasy to the point it was almost soggy. We didn’t finish had to be thrown away! Wasn’t edible
