I would like to say the staff are very polite but listening or understanding to the order is not there strong suit. I order the five piece tender box with one side and a sprite. The tenders were fresh and I appreciate it but I asked for Mac and cheese as my side and I received frys. And I asked for BBQ as my dipping sause and I received honey mustard. Where is confusing because before they handed my bag they confirmed the dipping sause.

Food tasted great and fresh and staff was friendly. It just would have been nice to get exactly what I asked for.

Ordered a chicken pot pie and a 2 piece special, the pit pit was dry, crust burnt, and the chicken was old! The 2 piece was half raw. Went through the Drive-thru, the light was out couldn't see the menu, customer service was horrible. No kind of greeting took my card, handed me my food and just shut the window. Very rude 😒

Just sad service. Wrong order. Photo says it all. Wish they had better service. A hello would have been nice. A robot would have been nicer ... but I didn't let on about how bad it was. I was getting food to bring to someone. What a mess they made by jamming it all in one bag. The other orders that the girls packed were in two bags. Guess they need to train manager. No crispy chicken for our order, no offer to wait for it, although I did wait a long time. I hope others had a better meal.

I can through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece Mike's Hot Honey. The chicken had barely any sauce on it. And the lady that took my order over the speaker and my payment (Leona) was rude and made it seem I was a burden coming at 10:15 in the morning.

Corporate needs to come in and evaluate this location. The food is gross and dry. The location needs a deep cleaning. It's dusty and food is in random places. Be careful eating here.

Just went inside to order. One girl eating another one in phone. Told me they couldn't take orders 8nside go to drive thru. After sitting in that line they told up it's going to take a hold hour.,They had to reboot computer.

Worst experience ever! I could have raised the chicken, collected an egg, raised it, killed it, plucked it, cooked it and eaten it faster than it took to order and get my food. Never again.

They have a sign out front saying text this number to receive a discount for a meal so I text the number it sends it to me and says you will receive it on your next visit so I go there today and the doors are locked. You have to go through the drive-through you can’t walk inside in order after I wait 20 minutes. The lady tells me that they’re only taking card or exact change. You think they would be kind enough to put that up somewhere so people could see that aren’t waiting in line for 30 minutes then I tell him I have the digital coupon that was sent directly from KFC and they said we don’t take this coupon here I said ma’am I received it directly from KFC. It’s a digital coupon. She said we don’t have a scanner. Have a nice day. We’re not serving you. I did lose my call a little bit and called her a very derogatory name which I should not have, but you don’t treat customers that way, especially when the sign is hanging out front of your window you advertise it and then will not honor. It will never go there again
