This used to be one of the best KFCs around sadly not the case AT ALL anymore. I was truly disgusted just looking at our food and did not eat any of it due to fear of it being rancid. The drive through window was covered in greasy finger prints which was my initial red flag. The gravy they gave me was like a gel and super dark brown. Place gave dirty vibes just from the drive through window I can only imagine what it actually looks like in the kitchen 🤢

If the restaurant doesn’t close til 11pm, why around 9pm every night do they have the signs dark, the building dark, and they tell you that they don’t have what you are asking for so they can not complete your order. What is the point of even paying these employees to be there until a certain hour if they are not doing any kind of work and they are closing the store hours before it’s supposed to close.

We will NEVER be back there again! If I could leave a -10 review I would. We came in the drive through and was not greeted at all. Orderd a simple two piece dinner with two sides. Waited 40 minutes for the food. And the order was wrong! Employees should know the difference between a breast and a thigh. I did not get my sides either. Extremely frustrating!!!!

The chicken is great. The drive thru not so good. I ordered 3 four piece dinners and three cokes. I got 2 three piece dinners and no drinks.

I quit going here for a long time due to the rude and unsanitary staff a long time ago. I made numerous complaints to corporate and one day, I got a call from someone saying that he was the NEW store manager and asked about my previous experiences. He said that he FIRED the rude employees and we had a great conversation because KFC was my first job EVER and taught me SO much about standards in the food industry and about customer service. So, after he assured me it would be better, I went back and it was the same crap. After another long while, I went the other day during lunch time. The staff was friendly, wearing hats and gloves for the first time that I’d ever seen there! The food was hot. Only thing was that they forgot my sauces and I had to go back in. I’m rating three stars because if past experiences, but it would’ve been ZERO before if I could’ve rated it that. It seems to be doing a lot better now, at least during lunch hours.

Nice inside but when it comes to service good luck getting them on the phone because god forbid there line is empty and they still can’t answer their phone I sat in the parking lot and called and still no answer while the drive thru and lobby were empty
