I went to the Willoughby Hills, OH location at 4:45pm. The staff there is so rude and ghetto. They handed me my bag w chicken in it. Out of lids that fit…and that’s so unsanitary. When I asked the girl at the drive through if she had lids that fit. She said, “Don’t you think if I had lids that fit, I would have give them to you.” So rude! Furthermore, laughing on the intercom, and the drive through window was filthy. If they want to take any type of customer service advice…follow how Chick f-ila does there’s. Beyond disgusted after spending $50 on a meal for my family!!!

Third time I've been to this location recently for a doordash absolutely nothing going on at the location no customers to serve upon arrival the food hasn't even been started they make me wait for over 20 minutes and still food is not being made had to leave without even being acknowledged terrible service this place needs to be shut down very unprofessional
