Kp Thai Street Food & Bubble Tea

8/4 ordered 2 Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. Menu displays a price of $10.50 for Pad Thai noodles with a protein. I was charged 27 plus $3 for chicken and $8 for extra shrimp! Total was $38.00. I having been buying chicken and shrimp Pad Thai from K Street since they opened. This time it was over priced, chicken was dry and shrimp was baby shrimp and over cooked! They just Lost a long time customer from this experience. Called manager and she argued with me about having to wait for people to update their website. That’s no answer. $8 is what they charge for baby shrimp! I’ve never been charged $8 for shrimp! She didn’t even try to make to make it right all she did was argue with me! Well good bye! I’ll never buy anything from KP Thai in Willoughby on Robinhood Drive!

Will not be back after seeing this. Look at very last paragraph on the inspection report I usually check all places before I eat there. Shocked to find this. Very upset.
CORRECTION: The date for the inspection where insects and rodents were found was NOT most recent but over a year ago. I originally posted an extra screenshot that had the current date only because it had the name of the business, which the other screenshot doesn’t. I apologize that the business’s most recent inspection does not align with the inspection from last year

The drunken noodles are the best around!

I love Thai and want this restaurant to succeed. The current food quality is low. Pad see ew noodles just don't taste right, and weren't cut right. There were stacks of 2x2 in noodles such together without sauce between them. The yellow curry was only ok. Service was good, friendly, efficient.

Pad Thai was excellent! Would recommend checking these guys out.

This was the shrimp soup and Thai tea… the shrimp soup had only two shrimp and about 1 mushroom cut up for $8 . The Thai tea was very sweet and bright orange. Spring rolls were good

Always delicious and I find myself craving their food every couple of weeks. I always get the Thai Basil with chicken, so freakin good. Yesterday I decided to try the Pho, and it cured my weary soul. Truly, I had been feeling not so great and my tummy just loved it. Make sure you put all the herbs and sauce in there and mix it up. 10/10 will get again when I need some comfort soup.

Honorable mentions for me: basil fried rice, Pad Thai of course and the jumbo chicken wings are so yummy.

This is more of a take-out place.. not really a dine-in experience, though they do have tables and chairs if you're inclined.

Little Americanized version of Thai food...but pretty good overall. Food came out reasonably fast and value was good. Service was friendly. Would go back again. There are a few tables inside...but seemed like most people where there for carryout.

Absolutely DIVINE! I ordered the Green Curry with level 3 spice. Waited a short time of 5-7 minutes. Upon receiving my food the smell alone had me. I took a bite of the curry and my senses were delighted in everyway. The balance and beauty that i found in the food was pure bliss.
This dish is a sweet, spicy, and savory moment that will be forever remembered in my heart and mind. The food speaks for itself. For I cannot put into words the taste. I will be coming back and telling others. I believe I spoke to the owner who made my food and his charisma and love towards his craft was a radiating experience that left me with an enormous smile. I hope good fortune and health towards this restaurant! THANK YOU!!

If you can’t fill the order before you close on Christmas Eve…it’s better to shut off the lights and close the doors. Bad food: scooped up noodles with barehand , short noodles on Pho , no broth, no protein. Pad Thai: no flavor and dry as a board. Do not recommend . Summer rolls texture too hard, wrapped individually…several days made earlier
