The people that owns this place are always very kind and the food is always really good.

Had pizza here many times this time we decided to dine in so I thought if I call ahead, it could somewhat be ready when we got there upon getting there. She gave us the pizza in a box and I said no we’re dining in. She says well we close 45 minutes so you have to have it in the box couldn’t get a water. Had to get drinks from the cooler evidently because I called in advance I couldn’t even get a drink from the fountain very disappointed. She never even come back to see if we needed anything else if she would’ve told me on the phone that they were closing in 45 minutes I would’ve said do we have time to eat in or should I just get it to go?

Tried the 21 piece shrimp dinner from this pizza shop, and I genuinely regret it. The 16 pieces I actually received tasted like they came straight out of a freezer bag. Not to mention they send you a plain bake potato, no butter, no sour cream and tartar sauce packets, Very overpriced for the amount of food received and the quality of food was just not what I expected. I guess I should’ve stuck with the pizza.

Very small portions! Take out felt like nothing was in the boxes when picking up order. $35 spent but the price shouldn't have exceeded $11.25. First and last time ordering from here.

Burger and fries looked good but no salt or seasoning on either. Calamari is fair at best. Totally overpriced for the small portion and lack of quality. Marinara is so runny....more like a drippy salsa. Bummer. Ill stick to the places that I know are great.

Lucio’s is considered an icon in the city, I ordered a cheesesteak And breaded mushrooms They were good of course they’re like any other place that has breaded mushrooms. Nothing spectacular typical GFS brand
The cheesesteak was probably worst. I ever had next to Mr. hero, The bread was obviously stale and hard along the edges. The onions tasted like they were going moldy, and were overpowering the sandwich. Due to the fact there was barely any meat on there to begin with. I’m sorry I’ve worked on a lot of restaurants and IThe bread was obviously stale and hard along the edges. The onions tasted like they were going moldy and were overpowering the sandwich. Due to the fact there was barely any meat on there to begin with. I’m sorry I’ve worked on a lot of restaurants and I even owned a restaurant/Bar , If your cooks don’t know how to make a sandwich, maybe consider purchasing a scale and have them weigh the meat accordingly so if you would have consistency.
With all the competition out there , Take pride in what you are serving to your community I would be embarrassed. It starts with management, I had issues myself. I had them stand there while I made the food so they saw how it was presented and anything else was unacceptable.
If you don’t do anything about it, then just close your doors

I’m new to the area and the serving staff is very friendly and helpful. Had meatball sub which was very good. They make their own hoagie rolls. Salad was crisp and fresh. Breaded chicken wings crunchy and delicious (hot sauce and blue cheese)

This place is very ractist. I come in very dry with me always on the phones. When someone of the other color comes in they are in a very good mood you see the difference. I come to pick up an order. I call about what happened when I came in this location and talked to the so called manager he was giving me nothing but attitude never solved any of the issues. And told me he was busy he need he got work to do. Very rude yelled and screamed over the phone at me. Very unprofessional. So here I am letting everyone know how rude this manager is asked his name he hung up the phone. Maybe he thought I would ever write a review.

Disappointed

The sausage sandwich that I ordered was disgusting. It was pressed sausage flat on a roll that was stale with cheese melted over it and the sausage was burnt. Absolutely disgusting

First of all I am very picky about my pizza. But there isn't a pizza place around that makes a better pizza than Lucio's. I've had Original NY style, Chicago, Detroit. You name it I've have ate it. Lucio's never disappoints.

Ordered takeout for delivery and the garlic bread that comes with the salad, was moldy. I was stunned. Just be sure to check!! Makes me bummed about everything there now..

First time being here so I'm not sure if this is a normal thing. I ordered the pasta Alfredo with penne and it was absolutely horrible. It was as if they used a gravy packet that claimed to be Alfredo and once it was done, they added a ton of water to make it spread out. Had zero flavor. The group I was with also ordered other things and our overall experience with the food was horrible. The server provided great service and have no complaints there. But whoever decided on the recipe for the Alfredo sauce needs to really start using Google more. The sauce is so simple to make that even a toddler could make a better sauce.
