It takes forever at the drive-thru it takes forever just to place your order then you're sitting there drive through at least 5 to 10 minutes and then to get your food ice cold and hard the cheeseburgers were hard and ice cold and the fries were ice cold

This used to be a McD you could count on for fast and fresh. I work and live very close to this location. Last visits over past year......have all been extremely disappointing. Too slow to go on a lunch break anymore. Disappointing fries every time as well. Sadness.

Since the removal of the cashiers, there seems to be an absence in customer service . The staff are diligently working on their best, but there doesn't seem to be anybody that acknowledges customers when walking in or asking any questions. They just call out the order number and hand it to the customer, but no verification that the order is correct or if there's anything else they can do. Condiments, beverages or napkins are behind the counter where staff are at leaving...
