Went to this very nice place. Staff wasted no time preparing the grilled cheese and salad and chips. Orders were met with respect and understanding. Grilled cheese sandwich w/salad and chips was delivered to me. Had a very nice time. Grilled cheese sandwich tasted fabulous. Salad was terrific. Panera chips were spectacular. Service there is professional. Definitely knows how to serve us very great food. Whole place gets five stars, tops, for their extraordinary service.

On a Wednesday night we placed a to go order to this panera. We went inside after waiting about 10 mins to get our food. We then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for our food to be ready and they did not have everything we ordered. Very very
unfortunately this place is very dirty. anytime i have ever ordered a sandwich here it tastes like a dirty grill. they have forgotten small things like scones and pieces of bread on different occasions and as much as i love panera, i will not be returning to this location. the workers are kind it’s just the food quality and environment is nowhere near where it should be. do not come here or else you’ll be disappointed or get sick.

This is my last visit here. This location is very dirty. The fountain drink area is disgusting and really neglected. The restaurant is in bad need of a remodel. But like I said, it's very dirty all over. The machine that you get the lemonade and ice tea from is moldy where the metal tray is. It's really scary. Counter area near the straws is filthy too. Customer's Please beware!!!

The dirtiest Panera I have ever been in. Literally balls of hair on the floor, restroom was atrocious and wet. Employees too busy messing with each other behind the counter to actually do anything. Guess this is what happens when you automate the order process? Will drive to the other Panera from now on.

This is the second time I've had an issue with my order and have no way of getting a refund or anything since it was an online order. I didn't receive an item and the sandwich was entirely incorrect and when I tried to contact them multiple times, I never got a response. 40 dollars worth of food that I didn't receive or went in the trash.
