My family eats here all the time. Most times it’s enjoyable ,good food ,and people. I’m sad my last experience was not the case. We ordered pick up and didn’t receive all of our food. It’s ok people make mistakes. ? When talking with the restaurant about this. The way to resolve the problem was me driving all the way back from Mentor to pick it up or they would give it to me next time I come there. No refund and so I’m out the money I paid for my food and good tip I always give. I was shocked at the poor customer service and lack of concern they had about it. Probably not ever going back after this.
