This review is mainly as a way to inform. I placed a pretty large order. Ordered a couple extra dipping sauces, they charge $0.80 for an extra side cup of sauce. Not that it will break the bank, but if you're going to charge someone, then make sure it's there. The bigger issue lies with when I tried to contact this store just to let them know that, "hey you charged for extra sauce and didn't provide it, just a heads up for future" i couldn't even get through. Just rings and rings and rings. It's not about getting anything out of it, it's more to inform. So it's a little disappointing when you can't even get in contact with someone. Driver was friendly and timely though!

Really disappointed. We order from this location all the time. The food is always good. We're really close (3 min drive per google maps.) Ordered 2 pizzas today, tipped almost 35%. My partner answered the door immediately, thanked him, and in return, our delivery guy called my partner an asshole as he walked away! Why?! I feel weird ordering again :-/

I ordered from this location when it first opened it was amazing the Owner and Manager ran a nice clean efficient business. I have ordered multiple pizzas from here for party's. I ordered from here recently and was saddened by the way it is being ran today this was the worst pizza that I ever got from any Pa Pa Johns since they opened any stores in Ohio the crust was burnt and very little sauce on it and the pepperonis looked like they threw them on. People not wearing gloves and handling food. Wiping their noses with their shirts. But the lady who waited on me was nice. I do enjoy giving a nice tip but it was tough giving one here but I did still

Ordered a Shaqaroni, advertised to be extra pepperoni and cheese it was a weak amount of both. I would've been disappointed even if I just ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni.

NEVER ORDER HERE. Manager was rude to both me and my husband. Use AI which hangs up on you and can’t complete order. Kept getting told order online and refused to finish our phone order from both of us called. Terrible service!

They don’t have their own drivers so they utilize DoorDash who keeps part of your order. I won’t order from Papa John’s again.

I noticed this delivery car in the parking lot the other day, reached out to them privately to let them address the matter on their own. Now, more than a week later the car is still there and is presumably still being used for making deliveries.

1st off i called to see if 1 of my pizzas would be accommodated for only cheese and the other with pepperoni and sausage…was told they couldn’t do anything about it, the lady was rude from the time she answered the phone. Then i get my food one the pizzas was burnt but i ignored it, and proceeded to warm up the FRESHLY ordered COLD pizza and noticed a bug crawling on the slide my son had already taken a bite out of. Be careful with them, the food service matches the customer service which is horrible. Wish i could give 0 stars

I placed order online. Asked for pepperoni and banana peppers. Received pepperoni and mushrooms. After waiting 15 min longer, got cold pizza for delivery as THEY used door dash. I called and explained it was the wrong pizza. Manager said she made it herself and she put banana peppers on it. After arguing a little, she hung up on me. I drove the pizza back up there and they still were confrontational. I will never go to the Willoughby store again. It has gone down hill. Guess I have to try the epic garlic pizza at a different location!
