I placed order online. Asked for pepperoni and banana peppers. Received pepperoni and mushrooms. After waiting 15 min longer, got cold pizza for delivery as THEY used door dash. I called and explained it was the wrong pizza. Manager said she made it herself and she put banana peppers on it. After arguing a little, she hung up on me. I drove the pizza back up there and they still were confrontational. I will never go to the Willoughby store again. It has gone down hill. Guess I have to try the epic garlic pizza at a different location!

This place is possibly the worst papa johns I've encountered! Called in to order (took 15 minutes) and they told me 20 minutes. I get there the employees was arguing,1 was almost passed out on the counter and they mixed up our order with someone else's that went out for delivery. So we wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for our order to be made right. I go in and pay on my CC and before I walk out I figured what the hell I better check the food. Sure enough,half the pizza didn't have cheese even covering it and the other pepperoni pizza had literally 4 pieces of pepperoni on a large. So I just told the zombie guy who could barely stand up that I just want a refund,to keep this garbage. He tells me they don't give refunds,they can make my food again. My reaction and response didn't go well....at all....do yourself a favor and stay away,don't waste your money or time!!!

This location is going down a hill. Ordered pizza and wings. Instead of 8pc, received 6 ( 3 orders). Called, customer service very poor, hangup phone when you starting complaint. Called main office, explained everything, was told they will come up with resolution and let me know. Still nothing. This location is total scam!!! I will stick with Marcos. Much better customer service and pizza!

This location must only have part-time good customer service. Today my pizza with spinach was dry and cold when it arrived. The manager stated that the spinach should be dry and crispy. She didn't care about my concerns and became rude when I requested that she offer something or even allow me to return it. I have never received a pizza like this before or poor customer service.
