Penn Station East Coast Subs

I had a dine in experience, my cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and my reg size fries were absolutely delicious. The food tasted much more better than S. Euclid restaurant.
The staff was friendly, however, only flaw was it took over 10 mins to be served. Yes I will revisit again.

I dont want to trash this store, I've had very good experiences here before and everyone working there is very nice but 32$ for 2 sandwiches a fry and a drink and there is barely any meat on either sub. I think im done with penn station.

Have been going to this Penn Station for quite a while now. The staff is always nice and friendly. Food comes out just the way you order it and the fries are always hot. Service is also fast. Kids love it too lol.

Small misunderstanding with my order, but Cristen was so professional addressing it with a great attitude.

Employees are nice and I really do like the idea of being able to see the employees cutting the potatoes to make the fries. That is the way authentic fries are made and this place does it right!

Very confusing with an online order. No clear pick up area. Staff appears clueless with the order. You wait in back for someone to whisper your name. Sandwich was good. Fries are average.

I picked up a philly cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and mayo with small fries yesterday. I ordered the multi grain bread. The sandwich was good but I think I would like it on white better. Love the fresh cut fries with vinegar and ketchup. They were quick to serve and pleasant.

First time here. Subs were good but we felt rushed by the staff. Might return but Jimmy John’s/Jersey Mikes is always a better experience.

I paid sixty five dollars for 6 pieces of chicken on a regular size sub. My other subs where the same. I ordered 3 different size of fires that weren't even filled all the way up very disappointing, especially because we got home to find this out... hope they get it together or this location will close eventually. I won't be back to this location.

Not as good as it used to be. Very little meat and somewhat over cooked. Service was very good though. Very friendly staff.

Fries are a bit pricey for potatoes. But are they worth it? Yes. Best fries out there IMO.
