can ya'll PLEASE stop cutting every possible corner to save money at the expense of your customers? My order sat there on the counter getting cold for over an hour after the eta they website gives you for delivery. The employee confirmed that my order was buried and cold i left a decent tip to make sure this wouldn't happen but the employee said there was only one in-house driver and the rest falls on doordash, which he said he hadn't seen in over 2 hours.
I dont care it took a long time, its snowing, who cares. but the fact that yall are at the point where youre solely reliant on a third party to deliver your food and this absolute stranger that you dont employee feels like not working, your customers lose out is so typical of a large business in 2025.
The guy working cancelled my order over the phone for me and was very polite. he did his best to be honest (i say best because it wouldnt be possible to be honest without disparaging the company) so i want this review to not reflect poorly on him.

Great staff! Very kind, friendly and attentive. Pizza was great at the buffet. Store was clean. Ample parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: More than enough parking, Ramps in lot. Can pull chair to any table.

I wish I could rate the food but we didn’t stay long enough to have any. Came with 5 friends, wanted to dine in. We were told there was no server we’d have to order at the counter. Ok. No problem. Looked at the menu, there were no prices. Asked for a menu with prices was told they don’t have any because every time the price of one ingredient changes their price to the customer changes & all restaurants do that no. I explained that they don’t because we eat out at least once a week. The clerk tried arguing with me, I named restaurants that all list prices right near them. This is a scam. The person ringing you up can charge whatever they want. The person in front of you can pay a different price for the same thing you order. That’s taking advantage, cheating people, scamming people, price gouging, etc…. Until they can print a menu with prices I won’t be back even if they’re the last restaurant in town.

We were seated pretty quickly, the restaurant was super clean and the atmosphere was dim and relaxing. They still offered a buffet and salad bar, and had drinks in the red cups. Our waitress was so generous, all the staff here were! The food is so, soo much better hot and fresh.

Came in to eat it was 8:20, asked me if I ordered online or ordering to take out. I said dine in, guy tells me the close the dining room at 8, but online says open till 10. If your people don't want to work, get new ones. This is stupid

Food is always fresh! I had to go back and edit my review after my visit at Pizza Hut Willoughby today 8/16/24 1st off the employee who answered the phone acted as if he didn't know about the specials that they was offering 2nd what I ordered was not what I paid for but due to that fact that we was on our lunch break I could not have the employee remake my pizza than we got home the pizza tasted so dried out and the pizza was cold I past too many pizza places to go spend my money at this location to get nasty pizza and not get good service!!!

There was a huge power outage in near by cities so we ordered to go from here . I have to say I was very impressed with how the workers handles the overly crowded buisness they were receiving yet remained thorough and calm. Pizza was still on point too! Thank you !
