Two out of three where great but the worker that came in around 4:30 was rude loud act like she did not want to be there was on and missing with the phone to call someone

Hi this was my first time coming to this pulp juice place. And I always go to other pulp juice and truly they are the best the one on Lakeshore and the one in Mayfield They always make it good. But I was and the neighbors hood and I decided to checked out this pulp juice. I know the reviews of terrible service is the truth. I never had a terrible protein packer it was watery and it didn't taste like it had almond milk inside it was the worst I ever had please if you go to a place to of service and the service is bad write a review it matters. But all I can say is that before you visit a place always read the reviews because it is always the truth. But I'm really glad there are other people who do their job well at the other pulp juice place good workers like that make the brand name for the business it's really important to know who you have working for because it can be a bad thing or good thing.

Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?

This people are lazy they act like they don’t know anything so they don’t have to work I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

As a newcomer to this place the first drink had me return so do 2,3 but 4th visit was a disaster,They said because I took off some ingredients (which I can’t have) caused the smoothie to be watered down, when in fact I had juice,mango which I did not taste, peach which I did not taste. So it tasted like a glass of orange juice and not a nice smoothie. So they said you either buy a new one or you can’t have anything. So because of people always changing their orders “per owner” I suffered.I

The ladies were nice and helpful since it was my first visit and I didn't know what I was doing. Food was fresh and good.

Racist, they made me juice instead of a smoothie. When I informed them how watery it was they said that’s how it suppose to be but the other one I had in my hand wasn’t like that. Made me pay for another one and took the other one back. White person come in there. No problem fixed his.

The smoothies are awesome. I have my favorite smoothie and every time I order it, the workers make it PERFECT!The way they make their smoothies and their AMAZING personalities make me keep coming back every day.

I love their menu. I only gave 4 stars because they NEVER ask if you would like a supplement in the smoothie , your supposed to get 1 free but I always forget and they never ask. But other than that I love Pulp!

The staff was rude and very disinterested in their customers. When I didn't take my card out of the machine fast enough, the cashier said, "YOU'RE GOOD". After receiving my smoothy, I thanked the other staff member; she rolled her eyes and turned away saying nothing.
