Pulp Juice And Smoothie Bar

I'm leaving a one star review because I go to pulp's almost every day. And I stopped at this location and ordered a $7 Mango tango. And then when I asked the girls to put it in a plastic cup for me. They gave me a huge lecture how much the cups cost. And told me they have to charge me a dollar more for a plastic cup. So because I don't choose to poison myself with styrofoam cups. I have to pay more money at this location only
So I won't be stopping here anymore I know there's one down the street and I'll drive the extra mile and a half just to get better service. So this location's all about money not customer service just keep that in mind. The smoothie was good though. And if you do the math it's $7 a day * 7 days is $49 a week. Times 52 weeks. Yeah I guess you won't be receiving my pulp money.

I come in regularly, I always get great service. They are always nice even when they are extremely busy. When I tell them I'm in the mood for a certain flavor they are knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and they always point me in the right direction. I'm a customer for life

So today is Jan 18 and it was about 1020am to be exact and I felt like getting my favorite drink the Spurilna Spiral but today I kicked it up a notch with the beet and ginger Simply amazing but this wasn't the star 😀 of the show today it was the Amazing Energy of the Two lady's that took my order they definitely need a raise for going above and beyond.So if you want a great drink with exceptional service go to this location.Great Job Pulp management.I wouldve posted a picture of the drink but it was gone before I hit the freeway.😂😂

Very good except on occasion they don't blend the smoothies enough and chunks get stuck in the straw! PLEASE BLEND MORE and get THICKER straws!!

The workers there are Rude they don't have experience sometimes the drinks come a bitter the owner should train them better because 10 to 12 dollars its a lots of money especially when you ask them to make it better and then they tell you it's extra

You ever have one of those days where you wake up, everything starts going wrong. Today was one. Just little things here and there. My family was at work and I was thirsty. So I stopped here. (The one on Robin Hood) got a large raging berry and a large peach beach.

I’ll be honest, I did the “make sure she sees the tip” thing. And I asked. Please make the best smoothies ever. Then I said. I don’t even care about mine. Make hers perfect.

So here’s my review. I’ve been stopping here for years now. Every time, they’re amazing smoothies. Tipping doesn’t make them better or worse. And it may have been a placebo effect…but I don’t think so.

Normally my large smoothies last me all day. Sip here and there and enjoy it. I dunno what magic they/she (wasn’t paying attention to who made it. I’m so sorry) did. But holy…baby jebus rocking in a cradle with RNGesus. This smoothie is already gone. Time frame…bought at 12…gone at 1. That’s a record. I want this flavor in my mouth. Now. And more. When my family took her first sip…she said the hair stood up in her arm and she got tingles.

Today these two girls (women I know…but I’m old now) made my day much better. And it made hers better. And for a few extra bucks they deserve every penny.

Thank you guys so much. And I hope you see this. It was the Wednesday crew at 1130ish. Thanks again. A lot.

Hi this was my first time coming to this pulp juice place. And I always go to other pulp juice and truly they are the best the one on Lakeshore and the one in Mayfield They always make it good. But I was and the neighbors hood and I decided to checked out this pulp juice. I know the reviews of terrible service is the truth. I never had a terrible protein packer it was watery and it didn't taste like it had almond milk inside it was the worst I ever had please if you go to a place to of service and the service is bad write a review it matters. But all I can say is that before you visit a place always read the reviews because it is always the truth. But I'm really glad there are other people who do their job well at the other pulp juice place good workers like that make the brand name for the business it's really important to know who you have working for because it can be a bad thing or good thing.

Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?
