It was really good food. The thing that was most unpleasant is the noise. The employees were so loud just too much!

Had a decent experience at the canes but I am not a fan of eating somewhere where employees aren’t respected my managers and are treated like they are lower than them. Heard many things and personally made the visit unpleasant. Will not be back

Visiting from Canada, this is our first stop and special request for my son's 13th birthday. Immediately as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome by all of the staff and smiling faces. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was to die for! We were checked in on at our table by a few different staff members, all of which were very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were great - 10/10! Wish we had one here in Ontario!

I ordered for pick up. I had the sandwich and frys. The buns were wet and soggy, there was very little sauce on the sandwich, the breading was soggy and falling off and the lettuce was like a wet piece of paper. The frys were soggy and under cooked. Was really excited to have them in the area because our office orders lunch daily.

I love Raising Cane’s and I’m so happy they opened one close to me. The staff were so sweet and my experience dining in was amazing. They did an amazing job with the grand opening! Was a great atmosphere!

This place has the best service out of all Canes I have ever been to. Jerry Jones is the best person this place could have been hired. This has been a great 1000/1000 experience.

Fantastic to finally have a Cane's in Willoughby. They were nice enough to let me take part in the soft opening and everything was perfect. Chicken, perfect crispy tenders. Fries, perfectly salty. Toast continues to be toast. I'll be back soon.

Very busy and trashed store. Long wait for food inside. Drive thru looking like a parking lot of cars. Out of coleslaw… one of the staple items next to fries and chicken. Management didn’t look too excited to get the place back in shape. 15 minutes still no food. People coming in and line isn’t getting any shorter. Buried in the weeds and management needs some additional training to know what to do when it’s an all out full house.
