Took a team there for a post game meal...when we walked in the Mgr approached us and welcomed us and took care of us!! The staff was very attentive!! Definitely coming back here next time in town!! Excellent customer service!!

New Cane’s and one of the best in the area. The food was noticeably better than what I’ve received from Cane’s recently; the chicken was so juicy and the Texas Toast was so well-buttered and delicious. And the soda was not watered down like what I’ve gotten at some other places. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick!

They have the best managers and staff. No matter how I’m feeling I always leave feeling better, as some days are better than others with my pain. I prefer to go somewhere where they value their customers and this is the place. This specific location is amazing but Canes is my favorite. S/o to all the younger generations that give exemplary service it actually means the world.

Great experience. I found the dining area clean when I arrived. My order was promptly taken and my food arrived shortly afterward. Everything was hot and fresh. After I was finished eating, I had a pleasant conversation with a manager. He genuinely wanted feedback and seemed to care.
I was just visiting the Greater Cleveland area. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return to this location.

Got trays for 10+ people, delicious and not too expensive. Everyone was happy with their tenders and sides. Pickup was very easy and the food was prepared on time
