I honestly love red robin, it is a great bang for you buck place to eat that is consistent on their food quality and have a variety of options on their menu. The biggest downfall they have is service. The service really makes or breaks the experience at eed robin because of the bottomless sides. I find that at this location it is more often a miss on service than a hit. Countless times we have gotten our meals, one person orders a refill on a side then after that the server is no where to be seen. I have also had excellent servers that are attentive and make the experience worth it. I hope at some point a good service experience will be more common than a bad one.

Jen knows what customer service is all about. This was our first time going to Red Robin and it definitely did not disappoint!! The manager came out with fries and their homemade ranch (which was absolutely delicious) and another house sauce (also delicious) when he heard it was our first visit. Their seasoning is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend 10/10⭐

Well, overall being friendly with your servers here does not fair good service. Food is consistently chain food. Our server spent most of her time forgetting about our order, and talking about how she's ready to drink. Skip the THC during the shift miss red hair, and you'll fair better tips. This is consistently the worst place my children like to eat. I come in prepared to tip well for good service, yet still wonder when we are going to actually receive it. Ordering to go is probably the best option at this point.

One of the safest places to eat for those with Celiac disease (gluten free). We have eaten here many times and my daughter has never been sick. Their gluten free pizza is one of the best I've had. Huge selection of burgers. Lots of awesome sides.

I arrived alone and ordered the Red's Tavern burger, hold the lettuce, and a side salad. Great service. Not the place to order beer, trust me. But the Oreo milkshake was magnificent.

Red Robin has always been consistent in flavor, taste, and service. Although I don't go often, when I do visit, it’s always a great experience. The service is both professional and friendly. The server and host welcomed people of color, which I appreciated. The wait time was short, and the seating was comfortable. The wait for food wasn't long either. If you're looking for a diverse experience with food and drinks, Red Robin is the place for you!
