I’m new in the city and tried “Angel Food” smoothie recommended by the young lady at the reception. It was delicious. Also the service was amazing. It was 9:02 pm on Wednesday’s night but still she prepared for me and greeted me positively despite the closing time was 9:00 pm. I generally don’t write reviews but due to the exceptional service and yummy smoothie that’s why putting a review here. Thank Smoothie King ! Keep preparing the amazing smoothies !!

This is the worst Smoothie King, we walked in at 8:38pm and was told they couldn’t take our order because they still had to clean up and be ready to close at 9pm. They say they are open until 9pm so that doesn’t even make sense. We ended up going to MentorAve Smoothie King and they took our order at 8:58pm. Never again will I even try to order from this Smoothie King location. It is one thing to have a legit reason you are closing early but to basically say you can’t take our order because you have to make sure you can close on time is ridiculous. Change your hours to say close at 8:30pm instead of 9pm and people won’t waste their time thinking they can show up at 8:30pm to order when they can’t.

Highly recommend this place! Very friendly and helpful people . I’m following keto diet and I was just gonna order for my kids but the associate gave me so many keto options. Most smoothie places are not keto friendly. I ordered the Keto champ espresso and my husband got the Keto champ berry, both so delicious and so filling!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly

Experience started with an employee letting the door slam in my face, then continued with the counter employee not greeting me or smiling. I initiated with a friendly “hello” and she completely ignored me and turned around. If you have cameras check between 11:50a-12:00p you can see for yourself. Also, bathroom completely out of toilet paper. Pretty disappointed. I will say the gentleman working seemed very nice.

Don’t normally complain. Went in at 8:40 for a smoothie and was told they were closed. Hours posted for closing are 9:00. Guess they don’t need the business. Open sign was on.
Going in store Is amazing. The staff are nice and are always quick and professional. The only complaint I have potentially has nothing to do with thus location at all and may be some corporate issue. When using the app to order ahead or order delivery it gives me an error saying my order is unable to be made, no matter what time of day. I end up having to go through door dash, and paying the door dash fee's for pickup, when I am ordering something to grab during my lunch break.
