Took my girlfriend here for a date, was expecting a more upscale experience but they had the football game playing and everyone was screaming at the tv. Not sure how i ended up at a sports bar but whatever. Service was extremely slow despite it not being too busy, drinks were good. Got the surf and turf bites for our appetizer, not worth the price but they are okay. I ordered a burger, asked for medium and got they grayest driest overcooked patty. She got a prime rib sandwich and it was actually not too bad. Idk… maybe i give them another shot, but the prices for what i got and the location, its not like im in downtown Cleveland… ya know?? why do i have to pay to park?? Why are the greasy over cooked fries $4 extra? Why do you ask how i want my burger prepared if the cook doesn't know how to make a burger? Maybe i came on a bad night 🤷🏻♂️

Why is it that coin change is not provided? For instance if my bill is $25.40 and I pay $30, they give me change of $4, not $4.60.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their visit with exceptional service & delicious brunch. Sol has become my wife and I’s favorite spot to dine as they always provide an extraordinary experience!

Every time I visit Sol, it just gets better and better! I first came for their amazing burgers and cocktails, and I had such a great experience that I’ve been eager to come back. Recently, my friend and I noticed that scallops were on the menu, and we’d been trying to coordinate a time to return just for them. Well, today we finally made it, only to be told the scallops were being taken off the menu. Enter Rachel, our amazing bartender/waitress, who worked some magic and made sure we got our hands on those scallops! Talk about top-tier service! Not only was the food fantastic, but the drinks she crafted were also incredible — perfectly balanced and refreshing. As for the scallops, they were hands down the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly seared, flavorful, and just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Hope to have them again in the future! Sol really knows how to deliver when it comes to both food and service. I honestly can’t wait to return for another round of delicious food, fantastic drinks, and top-notch hospitality. Def a must stop in Downtown Willoughby!

Horrible brunch experience ! Food was barely warm, eggs over cooked, coffee horrible out of cream for coffee at 11am ? Many items not in house ?
CAN YOU PLEASE JUST GET HEAT LAMPS ! The food is solid and presented well but my good golly can it just all be hot on the same plate?! Gracias

We came for brunch yesterday and left quite disappointed. My wife ordered the veggie skillet without potatoes, but what arrived was a very small portion of vegetables topped with feta instead of the goat cheese listed on the menu—and there were no Kalamata olives. When we asked, the server mentioned they had run out, but that wasn’t mentioned when we ordered.
I had the steak Benedict, and the poached eggs were completely overcooked—the yolks were solid instead of runny. I also ordered the mini waffles with “maple syrup,” but the syrup served was clearly corn syrup, not maple as stated on the menu.
Our server was kind and attentive, but the issues coming out of the kitchen were disappointing and honestly concerning, given how many items were prepared or presented incorrectly.

We had a reservation for 715pm, and was seated rite away, and water with drinks was served, sangrias was just awesom, service was very slow but very apologetic, our appetizer did not come out till for a while but when did, it was room temp to cold, our dinner came close to and hour later, steaks and asparagus was very good as for the rice cold, we will give this business another try again despite our first experience on steak night
