messed up our drinks because they were too busy laughing and playing around at the window. Instead of 7 pumps of brown sugar they gave us 7 shots of espresso. When I went inside to let them know, someone was carelessly washing dirty cups or a blender attachment in the sink and splashed me with a ton of dirty water, not sure if it was on purpose because I complained or if it was an accident. I’m extremely upset with this store and I will probably never come back to this location again.
Very nice Baristas . My drink was perfect!!
Worst matcha latte ive ever had. Not fully mixed there were bitter powder chunks floating everywhere and I asked for it to be sweet and it was so plain.
Heard the sessy blonde guy employee complaining about how he couldn’t get a chance to clean bc people kept coming in. With coffee this expensive I expect better..
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer and frequently visit multiple locations, but recently I’ve noticed a difference in the taste of the coffee. It doesn’t seem as consistent or flavorful as it usually is. It would be great if the quality could be more uniform across all locations. I hope this can be addressed to improve the overall experience.”

I just picked up a nitro brew from here… it was $6.25.. which is more than the one in Twinsburg.. that’s not my complaint though.. I’m angry that it was only half way filled.. the top portion was completely foam.. I didn’t start drinking it till I had already pulled out of the parking lot otherwise I would have gone back in. Felt pretty jibbed to spend almost $7 on something that was gone in two sips.

Overall this is probably one of the most inconsistent and frustrating Starbucks I’ve been to… I was honestly a little surprised it has a 4.3 overall rating. Customer service is hit-or-miss: there have been some fantastic employees and some where their only acknowledgement when you’re ordering in person is literally “what do you want?”.
It takes forever to get your drink at this Starbucks and a good percentage of the time it isn’t made correctly. Depending on the crew working they’ll just stand around and chat, then whenever they feel like getting around to your order they will: I’ve waited 25 minutes for one drink on a weekend evening with one other customer in the store. This location is also always out of their seasonal drinks or they are just not sold at all… be prepared and check their app first.
Extra star is for the few times I’ve gotten great customer service from friendly staff at the location. Overall, I can’t wait for the location on Vine and Lakeland to open.

Music way too loud that one can’t even hold a conversation. The loud music and the loud staff that talk at the top of their lungs as they can’t hear each other over very loud music is enough to give one a migraine headache in no time.
One of the largest Starbucks in the area with ample seating. Typical Starbucks experience and usually not very busy. The only reason for the low rating is because of the “children” who work here on Sunday evenings. Don’t any adults work here? Nothing but loud and obnoxious employees working here disrupt any relaxing environment and make it impossible to study or relax.
Ordered two tall iced drinks. I understand that ice comes with them, but the cup was filled to the absolute top with ice so I got about 4oz of actual coffee. I was about done with the drink before I even got to the main road since there was so little coffee in there. I've never gotten a drink with so much ice. I think if I'd just ordered a cup of ice, it wouldn't have been filled that much. And the ice was round ball shaped so it was denser than the hollow cubes they usually have, so it took up even more room. $6 for a cup of ice and a shot of coffee is absolutely ridiculous and offensive.

Every Starbucks is different. I like this one's seating arrangement, because there is a variety of low table w/two chairs, long bench booths, and freestanding tables by the window.
One of the booth ends and table is right near the door which I don't love, but as long as it's not packed in there I'll choose not to sit there.
Food and coffees are always great. A loved one of the employees, I think his name is Washington, introduce me to my favorite seasonal flavored coffee when I wanted something completely different than what I normally get! Every time I went in after that he would tell somebody how to make it his way and they would!
9/10 times service is perfect. My most recent time there I wasn't thrilled, I wasn't quite sure the person was paying much attention to my order, I wasn't asked what size I wanted so they just selected it and I didn't realize until afterwards. I think the reason was because they were leaving for the day I noticed them walk out after my order. Seemed a bit understaffed for that day as well, which is very unusual. There's typically plenty of staffers there. But one person was making all the coffees for both walk-ins, pick up orders, and the drive thru.
There are a couple of drawbacks.
The acoustics are really terrible (and when there's teenagers in there it gets very loud so it's a distraction if you're wanting to work or have a meeting).
The tables are not usually clean (which is rather surprising).
Other than that, the staff is always friendly, location is ideal, and the coffee is always delicious. (And the bathroom, which is code-locked, is typically very clean as well!)

I've had some issues with this location thats put me on the fence but today was the straw that broke the camel's back.
I ordered a drink from here, they gave me a half filled cup. When I went back to have it replaced, both the older lady at the register (whos known for being rude) and the young manager just blatenly didnt care. They didnt refund me, apologize, or offer any other solutions, just gave me a new drink and sent me on my way. In past experiences, ive put up with passive aggression for ordering food and ofcourse the tip hustles (even though I always tipped)
With recent heat towards Starbucks regarding the health concerns of their products, i think all this crappy service is gonna be the little extra push I need to never come here again.

I ordered a royal english breakfast latte which has milk this afternoon. HOWEVER, they made the royal english breakfast tea for me, which has NO MILK at all! And the price difference is $1.7 ($5.45 for royal english breakfast latte and $3.75 for royal english breakfast tea). I want my $1.7 money back!!!

It took me over 30min to get my order despite just a few cars in the drive-thru and I ordered ahead. I felt bad for several of the staff who were clearly working hard. One barista seemed to be on the food station and instead spent her time wandering around aimlessly sweeping while wearing slippers. Others were working hard around her trying to get things together and she seemed to only be in the way. When she did finally get to food orders she didn't wash her hands after handling the broom and dustpan and just threw things in the oven and into bags. She actually threw my sandwich onto the counter and it slid over to me. Once I took the time to reconstruct my sandwich (it was in 2-3 pieces) it was okay but not great. Again, there were several workers who were trying hard here, but it seemed the one worker was moreso in the way than being a team player helping them to fulfill orders. This might explain some of the long wait times others note in their reviews.
