Mobile ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, when I got to the window and the drink I was given had way too much cream in it, it looked like milk with ice. We asked if we could have it remade and Dee at the window rolled her eyes and turned away in disgust. They were irritated and remade the drink and gave it back with the lid half way off. This store is inconsistent with how they make drinks and depending on who’s working it’s not a good experience.

I always order the shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Ray at the commons location needs to be the trainer on making this drink for all locations. This was by far the best one I’ve had. Oh and Dee brightens up my day every morning.

I came there for a quick drink and bite to eat around 1pm on this fine saturday, i didnt know this starbucks got this busy it was quick service, everybody was so polite my drink and food came out quick and the girl who took my order was amazing- ⭐️-everything i had was great i will be back to willoughby commons

This Starbucks willoughby commons location is the best around, the wait was quick my order was accurate, I asked the lady in the drive through to make me something good I think her name was Starr she had the staff personalize me a drink that you guys didn’t have anymore and the drink was awesome and the drink was only about $1.50 more then what it would have been that was great as well Kutos to you Starr your amazing and hooray to the staff at willoughby commons you guys are the best

Starr is perfect she is the sweetest I go here just so she can brighten up my day it happens everytime great staff at Willoughby Commons
I normally do don’t go to Starbucks but yesterday I really needed some coffee. I walked in the store was super busy but the staff was able to dish out everyone’s orders very quickly. I was very impressed. The store was very clean and when I got to the counter I spoke to the cashier and said your store is busy but also very clean your manger must run a tight ship. And they all laughed and said yes she does. I will be back whenever I am back in town!
