I come here every morning, 7 days a week, and I always order the exact same drink. I never change my order. Today, they made the wrong drink for me. When I brought it up, there was not a single apology. Instead, the staff assumed I didn’t understand English and claimed that I must have ordered it incorrectly. That is simply not possible, because I only drink one specific item every single day.
I still paid for the drink and never received what I actually ordered. I don’t blame them for making a mistake — mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the unprofessional attitude. Instead of apologizing and remaking the drink, they tried to shift the blame onto me. They assumed I didn’t know English, which was very disrespectful. I also have proof — I have a screenshot of the order I placed.

I placed a mobile order and my 2 sandwiches were not hot and they were made sloppily. The female at the window was very dry. I had to tell her to have a wonderful day. I usually have the best experiences at Star Bucks, but today was not a good one.

Today my husband ordered me my favorite drink. Venti iced americano with vanilla and whole milk. This is how my husband received my coffee. Luckily we weren’t traveling otherwise we would have had no way of mixing it. My husband brought it home to me and I was shocked. I mixed it myself and it tasted great as usual but this could have been better executed.
