I stop at the Starbucks regularly on my way into the office. The staff is always so kind and engaging and my drinks are always exactly what I order. They are always busy in the drive through and store but still take the time to say good morning and create a good customer experience. I even recently had one of the crew sing ABBA with me when I walked in wearing a dancing queen shirt. The energy in the store makes my morning, the coffee is just what brought me in.
Ordered light ice, this is what I got. The dragon drink tastes like it was made with straight water. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other location
The guy severing me was very rude and snarky. I ordered 2 small Frappuccino. It took 25 minutes. The people before us took a refund because they were waiting over 30 minutes. Definitely do not recommend this Starbucks. Go elsewhere and save your time and money.
Great experience
I dined in today and had a frustrating experience that I think needs addressing. While I was speaking to my cashier, Rocky, about whether my iced shaken espresso could be decaf, he seemed unsure, so he turned to Morgan for help. Unfortunately, Morgan replied, “I have too many food orders, ask someone else,” and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable!
Rocky then approached a barista named Coda, who also brushed him off by saying, “I don’t know, I’m busy.” It was clear that Rocky is a newer employee trying his best, but the lack of support around him made my visit challenging.
To add to the disappointment, both of my drinks came out completely wrong. I asked for extra hazelnut in one drink and for strawberry purée to be lined in the cup for the other—neither was done. As Rocky took my order, he paused frequently, clearly trying to navigate the register and look for the right buttons.
It’s disheartening to see a team not supporting each other. My order could have been correct if there had been a little camaraderie and guidance among the staff. It feels like many employees are in a “just doing my job and going home” mindset, which doesn’t foster a positive working environment or enhance customer service.
I believe that a bit of teamwork and mutual support can make a huge difference, both for new employees and for customers. I hope to see improvement next time!
I work hybrid remote therefore choosing to work from this location DAILY....I am typically treated with excellent customer service being greeted by all staff and called by name. However; on this particular day I had a manager approach me and Inform me that I need to buy something if I am going to stay as a part of their policy. I am fine with the policy, but what I am not fine with is the fact that I spend about 10 -$15 daily at this Starbucks only for something like that to be said to me. It is very important to know who your faithful customers are. 😐 In addition another young lady sat down next to me tjat i have never seen before and purchased absolutely nothing and did not receive the same speech. Again it is important to know who your faithful customers are and use sound judgment. I had planned to buy something as I always do just not that moment....
I come here a lot and it’s a solid location!
However, if you’re going to be open on a holiday, be all the way open!! It took 35 min to service 5 cars in the drive through on Easter.
Management is for sure to blame.
Great shop
Matcha lavender latte hot and steamed instead of cold is a lovely drink and an alternative to coffee. Skip the sugar and ask for agave, With oat milk vegan style
I don't like being called sweetie, honey, and dear in general. But I especially don't like being called those diminutives by people who are half my age.
Weird and inconvenient now with everything behind the counter, I usually put cinnamon in my starbuck's lattes, but then the barista just started to add it themselves after I asked for it and added way too much.
Ended up using a whole straw as a stir stick (what a waste) because I was tired of asking for things after I had to ask for a hot sleeve for the cup, then some sugar, and then cinnamon.
Just too much work for me. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a couple years and I don't think I'll be back. Keeping the sugar behind the counter at a coffee place is wild, and it makes Starbucks seem broke and poor.

Well, if you know you know Starbucks is just a great place with great drinks and food items at the som center location in Willoughby. It’s the best one I’ve went too ..they remember you by your name and your order and they’re always friendly they say good morning or good afternoon, etc. every time you walk in. it’s filled with a group of happy people working something you don’t see often.

Ordered a sweet cream nitro via delivery.
The label states GR Van SC ncb (grande vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew) but was given literally an iced black coffee with no ice. This isn’t nitro at all, no layers not frothy like a nitro should be even without the sweet cream. A worker at that point knowingly just made the wrong drink and didn’t care what they gave me.
On top of that look at the nasty black hair on the label….
1st and only time ordering from this location.
