Today my husband ordered me my favorite drink. Venti iced americano with vanilla and whole milk. This is how my husband received my coffee. Luckily we weren’t traveling otherwise we would have had no way of mixing it. My husband brought it home to me and I was shocked. I mixed it myself and it tasted great as usual but this could have been better executed.
They are always so kind and friendly. Even when they mess up customer service is quick to take action and correct the mistake. I don't know what I would do without this place honestly probably be very tired.
I usually don't have any issues with the Starbucks. But today, I was greeted by a very negative vied person, I don't want to ever talk down on somebody because everybody has a bad day. But I kept smiling at this person free give me I'm not sure who they were, but they have long blonde hair and a ponytail and looked like they've never smiled in their life.
