Well, if you know you know Starbucks is just a great place with great drinks and food items at the som center location in Willoughby. It’s the best one I’ve went too ..they remember you by your name and your order and they’re always friendly they say good morning or good afternoon, etc. every time you walk in. it’s filled with a group of happy people working something you don’t see often.
I usually come to this Starbucks in the morning, on my way to work, and I always have a great experience! The employees are all so professional and genuinely kind to me. Dacoda, specifically, is an employee I have encountered many times in the drive-thru. She is so complimentary and sweet, and has offered recommendations when I wasn't sure what to order. It's always a good morning after stopping here!

Weird and inconvenient now with everything behind the counter, I usually put cinnamon in my starbuck's lattes, but then the barista just started to add it themselves after I asked for it and added way too much.
Ended up using a whole straw as a stir stick (what a waste) because I was tired of asking...
