This is a very nice Starbucks, nicest one in the area. Very comfortable and spacious interior. It reminds me of the the older style Starbucks that were more like comfortable cafes. The drinks here are good and made consistently too.

Not sure why I get charged $6.25 for a drink that can’t even be filled up? Also, the gentleman working the drive thru barely spoke two words besides telling me my total. Didn’t even get a have a nice day. Guess being polite is optional now.

I love the atmosphere. One of my favorite Starbucks to go to . The staff is always friendly. I always have to get my order to go because of work. Never a long of a wait for my items. Keep up the good work guys.

Customer service was very bad , we ordered 9 drinks and they didn’t pack it. We asked for a bag and they threw it at us. They forgot my CREAM CHEESE and asked us to pay 1$ even though it complimentary.

Took 15 minutes to get an Americano, there was one group ahead when I went in. A number of drive through orders were taken while I waited. The drink was made incorrectly.
9/1: 7:00 no customers, I was there to study, oops forgot wallet. I was approached by by am employee stating policy of buying something in order to stay. I told the employee I forgot my wallet, wife is coming the employee understood and left. No more than 10 minutes later I was told to leave by the manager stating the policy once again, and at the same time my wife pulled up. Just to prove a point I paid for a small black coffee and stated that I felt uncomfortable and to take consideration circumstances. Corporate was called and yes the policy was discussed, but they did make it right by a gift card.

Asked for light oat milk in my cold brew... Literally got a cup of iced milk... Count your days Starbucks.
This is the worst Java Chip ever. Super thin. Rug up wrong as well. Never be back to this location.
