Della was the one who took care of me. She was headstrong, took care of business, and the entire store was clean and neat from her. Della needs to be a manager. Thanks Della!!!

Not only was the lady rude, but she wouldn't let me sub the bread in my turkey bacon avocado wrap. I've been ordering my sub the same way for a decade and never has anyone refused to let me make it on a sub instead of a wrap. Will not be coming back to this location. Paid 17 for a sub that costs 12

I order here for lunch quite often theses never any mistakes foods always good ..I'm loving the hot honey chicken atm it seems to be my go to now. The people always friendly place is clean foods always done on time even though I'm sure they get lunch rushes... ohhhh and I appreciate the little notes on the sandwich bags some days I really need that positive note

Went in for an online order. The lady was immediately irritated I had walked in. I let her know I placed an online order and she said I don’t have an online order. I asked to verify the address was vine street to which she ignored. Got loud with me stating I have no online order! I asked her why she was so rude and she wouldn’t stop repeating she had no online order. So I paid for three sandwiches have the online receipt with the address on it and no food. Customer service here is horrible! All she had to do was be polite and if you don’t like people don’t work in customer service

Went on a Sunday evening. Was good in a pinch for what it is. Didn't skimp. Lady working was fun/nice. Plenty of parking. Places to sit inside. Only one worker working.

There was one woman working. I was the only one in the store. The woman said told me she was the only one working and had to get everything together and that she would eventually get to me. I asked her about how long all she kept saying was "I'm the only one here I have to get all this". The line appeared fully stocked. I understand if you need to do things but she only cared about all the other tasks and not helping me. I would have happily waited if she didn't make it seem like me being there was a problem.

I went here about a year and a half ago and was charged 9.99 for a tuna footlong. I asked when it was that the price jumped up and the guy told me they had been that price for some time. I avoided Subway until last week when I went to the one on Euclid Avenue and the price was $7.99! So the guy at this one ripped me off of $2.00! And the one I got from Euclid was on hardening bread. I'm done with Subway!

Was some of the worst sandwiches we ever got from Subway. Worker was lazy, made a meatball sandwich with old, bottom of the bin meat that tasted and looked burnt. Wasn't even edible. See picture. Didn't offer to warm more meatballs knowing more of us wanted them. 3 hrs left until close and should have a full stock of meats, etc. We would always go here but never again. I'll find another Subway. This one was on Vine near downtown Willoughby. Sunday around 630pm.

Stood there for over 5 mins waiting for someone to come out and no one ever came. Yelled ‘hello’ to the back and no response. Not sure if anyone actually works here….?

I picked up a sub there tonight. The girl that was working there was rude. I had a chicken bacon ranch sub. she gave me uncooked bacon. I know the bacon is precooked but it wasn’t cooked long enough. I had toasted bread, it was soft almost soggy. She didn’t put any cheese on it that I asked for, no toppings I asked for. The sub itself was sloppy. Crazy to say the subway in Walmart is better than this one. I just couldn’t make that trip tonight. Pls do better.

Felt bad that they were overwhelmed with a soccer game letting out. I had to wait for my mobile order but the young lady was very friendly and accommodating.
