Ordered 3 footlongs. They out of steak and herb and cheese bread. The 2 on itailian was stale. Couldnt even eat the bread it was so hard. Limited toppings. Sad. This was at the Wickliffe location.

This subway is hurting financially like many others, and making it back on employees and customers. They pay below industry standard, and opt for the cheapest ingredients possible. Taking away sauces and premium options to avoid overhead. Also, if you order online they put almost nothing in way of ingredients on your sub to cut cost.

Went to this superb restaurant. Placed in the order for the meatball sub, and when the order was given, staff was very reasonable with us. Staff understood our order and was hard-working too. Service here's very fast, and the staff wasted no time at all making our food. So much excellent service. When the order was done, we had two cups to pour in the lemonade, and let me say: the lemonade here is excellent. When you have a very good professional staff with wonderful professional behavior, that accounts for very nice, friendly customer service. Nothing but 5 stars from me, from here on out. And also, the meatball sub tasted perfectly when we bought it to go.

I come here to eat sometimes on my break and I get a customized all American foot long with a small drink then eat inside. The sandwiches are always great and the small is a great size and would be considered a large back in the day. Sometimes the tables have crumbs on them but the bathroom seems like it’s always clean. The employees give basic services and don’t say thank you to tips.

We would only come here for the subs because of the coupons but they no longer take them. We walked out without ordering because the subs are not worth paying full price for & will not be going back..

Kind employees that actually put care into making your sandwich!! My sub is always really good. If you like Turkey it’s $9.98 for a foot long sub, which is affordable for a big foot long compared to other sub spots. I’m disappointed they don’t take coupons anymore and there is signs posted all over the restaurant that they are no longer accepting coupons. This location used to take coupons only three or four months ago if that, so they must recently have ended coupons. I’m not surprised tho bc most subways stopped taking coupons, unless you place it thru the app which I don’t like doing cuz I wanna see the amount of topping added. Overall good sub for good value and most importantly the employees make a good sub
Refused to take coupons that are still valid thru end of August. There are no signs that they don't take coupons. For 3 footlong $28.00, totally a rip off. The ckn sandwich tastes like tuna, absolutely gross. I won't be visiting that place ever again. Mean workers. Will be calling corporate.
