“We finally tried Sugar Bowl in Willoughby after hearing so many good things from friends — and it did not disappoint!
We came here as a family and loved everything we ordered. The Chicken Padd See Ew was perfectly cooked, the sauce had that amazing sweet and savory balance. The Beef Pho was rich and flavorful — you can really taste the slow-cooked broth.
We also tried the fruit bubble tea, which was super refreshing and not too sweet — just right! Everything was so good that we actually forgot to take pictures before eating 😄
The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. We’ll definitely come back again soon!”

I love this place . It wouldve been 5 stars but I give 4. Reason for that is because the flower cookies was about 5 dollars and it came with 4 which was reasonable but now its 3 of them in pack for 5 dollars and to me the price is not adding up. Especially when I used to buy 20 sum dollars worth. Every other day and week now I guess im on a strike lol

I have been eating pho For over 10 years and it’s always a hit or miss. I pulled in to try this place and was very disappointed. Cute little place but the food is terrible. The spring rolls were so stuffed with greens 🥬 It overpowered the very tiny bit of noodles and shrimp that was wrapped with it. The soy sauce packets were literally disintegrating and we’re old. The Pho soup broth was so hot That I it overcooked the noodles to where it was just slimy. We also had the Goza. Nothing had flavor.

We devoured the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao 🔥🍝 — so full of flavor, and now they’ve got Country-Style Pad Thai too?! Game changer! 🤯
Our kid was living their best life with Pad See Ew and a fun green tea loaded with peach flavor and blueberry popping boba 🧋🍑🫐 Total hit!
We’re from out of state, but honestly... we wish this place was in our backyard. 🥲 Already dreaming about our next visit! 💭💕
