I ordered 2 burgers. 1 with cheese . 1 without cheese. I got 2 burgers with tomato and a huge amount of mayo on 1 and no cheese on the other along with 5 other missing condiments I ordered. I called to talk to a manager and was on hold for 15 minutes. very disappointed.

Swensons is like the west coast “In - N -Out” I don’t understand how their so underrated, onion rings are always crisp if you has for “fresh onion ring” pull over like a gentleman you gotta wait. It’s oldschool like that ya know, but good American classic cheeseburger you can’t go wrong with a nice crispy Swenson meal. Bravo over at the Willoughby Crew.

Absolutely love the service. The employees are so nice, I was there on 9/20/25 and the young woman who took my order was so patient with the kids in the car, and she was energetic and cheerful. You don't see that too much in fast food anymore. They did forget an item in my order but I DO understand that happens...especially when I had such a big order. When I called up there, they happily got it ready for me to and they even refilled my drink for me when I got there. They apologized for the mistake, which I wasn't mad...it happens. But definitely 10/10 recommend. Especially the deep fried cheesecake

During the day the servers are amazing and fast but at night the last few times I’ve gone there at night there’s two servers that completely suck at their job and should not work there, ones a young guy that just looks at his phone and paces back in fourth while I sat there waiting for about 20 minutes waiting for him to come take my order and my fiancé had to get out of the car and go knock on the door just to get him to come out, then tonight I go there to pick up food for someone and pulled in in front of the store and the young girl was at a car on the side of the building laughing and having a conversation which I get you talk whilr your ordering but we sat and waited for like 10 minutes and then pulled over to right next to the car she was taking the order at and sat for another 5 minutes while she laughed and chatted with the people in the car until my fiancé said something and then she finally went in to get our order because I said I was calling the store, I talked to the manager who was a very nice guy and seems like a very good manager who told me he would definitely look into it. I just hope he does so he can see that she’s a horrible server and shouldn’t be working there.
