Nothing like listening to obnoxious rap music while waiting for someone to acknowledge you then waiting 15 more minutes for food while employees wander aimlessly around talking to each other or on their phones adjusting the music. Food was cold when I got it and I ordered in the lobby not the drive thru… Horrible place… Never again I’ll drive to mentor.

Shout out to the guy taking orders around 3:30 a.m. he did a wonderful job and definitely understood the assignment..... Now the hater who chimed in on the mic, stay in your lane and do your job. He nailed the customer service part now cook it up in the kitchen. Serving cold food on an order your coworker did a great job creating for the customer is key as well. It's team work that makes the dream work and gets overall 5 star ratings.

Ordered Six regular tacos at $1.99 each and three burritos. None of these had any meat!!!! Empty tacos of everything, burritos very little . This is after we waited over half an hour in the drive thru on a Sunday evening. I really wanted Taco Bell☹️I’ll make em at home next time.

This is the worst one around. I included a picture of my crunchwrap Supreme with no meat for some reason. It's honestly just extremely poorly ran. The food is either cold or my potatoes were absolutely fried to a point that a toddler could say that's not good. I accidentally did my order through the app to here instead if the one on 615. So I am here to vent haha. If you complain in the app you get a 5 dollar off coupon so as a whole taco bell is basically saying they are okay with stealing your money. Just save your money it's not a wise move to give any money to this establishment you will be disappointed which is already a low bar considering its taco bell.

It saddens me how bad this Taco Bell is. I have tried it multiple times since moving to Willoughby and the order is never right and they barely put any meat in the burritos/tacos. Got a Crunchwrap supreme tonight and it’s basically just tortilla with a tiny bit of meat lettuce and cheese.

Taco Bell with its three to four crew team. In that little work space that if manned by the right two players can lay to wast any line of the hungered masses .anyway the food is the best part of the place specially if its a 1:30-2:30 a.m . visit.
Raised prices and reduced amount of food. It doesn’t even hit the spot anymore… below mediocre. This location needs an entirely new staff or just needs to shut down completely.

They burnt the Mexican pizza shells. I asked for them to remake it because the shells tasted burnt and apparently they used the same shells to make another pizza. Burnt tortillas have a horrible taste And if it’s too difficult to not burn the shelves, it’s not worth coming back.
