Horrible customer service. I pulled up to order they said they were only taking mobile orders and DoorDash. So I pull over to order a mobile and not even 10 mins later they said they were closed. The manager was being super passive aggressive and rude.

HORRIBLE LOCATION.

Why is it we waited almost 2 hours for our taco bell, & 2 doordashers unassigned because of the rude & disrespectful employees! you can’t even acknowledge your customers, really?!

this location is terrible and i’m not sure how it is still in business with the way nights are. unfortunately this is not our first bad experience with this location.

Ordered DoorDash on 2/21/25 and for some reason they never honored/prepared the order. After waiting close to an hour, the store abruptly cancelled my order.

I ordered from this location in the past (also with DoorDash) and never had an issue. This incident left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered a 5 layer burrito and the sour cream and cheese was at the very bottom. I ordered a Mexican pizza and for some weird reason it tasted sooooo bad. I always order these in Taco Bell but this is the first time it tasted bad

40 minutes in line when only two cars in front of me. Uncalled for. Black guy on FaceTime call Not helping the people in the back help make food Acting so ignorant, unbelievable Everybody should be fired. I’m sorry you had to do your job and put your FaceTime call down to take my payment.

Waited in line for half an hour just to have my oder be wrong, and the line be extremely long to even pull back around to have them remedy the situation. It didn't help matters that while I'm at the window waiting for my food I see & hear what I can only assume is a manager bad mouth and customer who was complaining about their order being wrong and wanting it fixed.

This is usually my go to Bell but I may have to change that. The wait is getting longer and longer and tonight not only did I get the drink I ordered but they forgot my side sauces too. It's not the lady in charge she's awesome their just not giving her much to work with. And this whole putting door dash ahead of people coming in to eat has to stop.

You're better off driving 15 minutes to Mentor. Dining room locked up at 7pm. Stuck in line for 1 hour, no exaggerating to get my food. Probably 15 cars in line and they're barely making food. You can see two employees sitting in the window on their phones??
