We got the wrong food and was not offered an apology. The steak was not at all like the normal dish..prepared different and rushed in the kitchen told us it was normal. It was not the normal, we know because we frequently eat here. Disappointed because we love texas road house and his favorite meal is country fried steak. It was extra greasy and did not taste good at all. He would have waited for them to prepare it correctly. Music was way too loud also.

My 2nd review...My first review food was awesome. ....this time not so much...portions were small on salad (barley half full) and grilled herb chicken.. such small pcs & seemed overcooked. Not consistent quality...disappointed today.

The table machine charged my card twice, once for $77 and again for about $92. I did eventually get the money back, but that’s not the point. If I lived paycheck to paycheck, this could have caused a serious problem. What makes it worse is that there was no apology, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I don’t usually carry cash, so using a card is my only option—and now I don’t feel comfortable coming back. Customers deserve better than to worry if their card will be double charged. The worst part is that she said it happens all the time.

Waited about an hour and 20 minutes to be seated. Ordered a 14oz Ribeye no joke Half of it was fat and, there was a small piece of bone in it that I almost chipped a tooth on.

First time visitor a few days ago. Great service. Rolls are so fresh and the butter. Yum yum. Loved the sides. Strip Steak was unfortunately a little tough but the mushrooms and onions topper made up for it. Tip- get the chili!!! Some of the best chili I've ever had. Going back again SOON

Used to love this place but it’s gone downhill. My steak came well-done twice before the manager said they are planning on not offering that particular cut med-rare anymore and asked me if I wanted a different cut. After my third steak came out, we had to grab our own sauce, got no refills, paid the bill on the machine, and left without so much as seeing the waitress again. She never came by to offer refills or ask if we want more bread while I waited for my steak to be remade. We even had to ask for our salads, and when she went back for them they were ready and brought right out, but never came back around so we could ask for more dressing. Hearing that they can’t cook a steak med-rare is mind blowing, I can’t be the only person to have ever ordered it that way. Although adjustments were made to the bill, that’s not what we went for, we went to enjoy dinner (together).

Beyond disappointing experience. I hate to be that person, but our entire dining experience was terrible. We get there and there is wait, fine. Someone checks on us and then disappears. We check in at the front after our estimated wait time and they seemed clueless as to who we were. We finally get seated and it took awhile to get a server. Drinks are in and there’s another 20 minute wait. Time goes on, we get our food and (2) requested garlic butters are missing. Fine. We ask for it and (1) comes out with maybe enough to lick the bottom of the cup, like seriously. We have to flag another waitress down and they disappear. Only (1) comes out again half full. I now have the chance to cut into my steak and it’s MOO-ing. I asked for medium well. Our server is then asking if we want boxes. No… correct food would be nice. A “manager” comes over and asked what we want to “feel better”. I asked for (1) comped meal and they didn’t agree to my request. We also asked for more rolls and they never came, not surprised at all. Instead we got $15 off our almost $80 bill. So we paid $65 for terrible hospitality, crappy food, and un-acceptable treatment. We are not perfect people, but I know we are kind and deserved none of this. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't go in after 8pm, waited 25 minutes to get our order started, had to go ask someone for service. Once our waitress finally came over, we had to scream our order because loud servers were screaming and not working. Would love a suggestion for a location with good service.
