I will never visit this location again. After burning our food, they sent another steak basically rare. I would rather eat a tire. Horrible management as well. 0/10

Loves this place. But the quality of the food has been lowered. Great place though. Great customer service. Mad traffic though. (I typically order togo)

Edit: Three years later nothing has changed. In fact this place has gotten worse. I join the waitlist on the app because it's a 20 minute drive from where we live to the restaurant and usually wait times are 30+ minutes. Immediately after joining the waitlist I always call so I can specify that we need a table and not a booth. They took 10 minutes to answer the phone and when someone finally did they placed me right back on hold and never picked up again. We parked at the restaurant and waited for the notification to come inside. I was still on hold while we walked in and there were 4 people just standing at the hostess desk chatting and laughing. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not a care in the world that they'd kept me on hold listening to awful music on repeat for 20 minutes. When we finally got seated we waited another 10 minutes for drinks and bread, and another 10 minutes for our server to ask if we wanted an appetizer. We watched her walk around and stand around most of the time just ignoring us. She clearly did not want to be there. 45 minutes after we were seated we finally got our appetizer. The restaurant wasn't even busy. It was steady but not packed. From what we saw of the staff (including managers) they were just too busy socializing to do any actual work. Only the bussers were consistently working and not chatting. Unfortunately I've given up on this location. We won't bother coming back.
Original Review: Have tried several times to eat here but they are not accommodating to people with disabilities who need a table instead of a booth. Each time I call and specify a table is needed, I’m told the only 2 tables they have in the entire restaurant are reserved for large parties, and the wait will be up to 2 hours. This is unfair to people with disabilities. Why do you have tables set aside for large parties, but nothing set aside for people with disabilities?

We ordered to go well in advance for pick up time of 6:30. When we got there they didn’t have our extra order of bread that we paid for and my husband asked for it. They said he had to wait for it even though he ordered it ahead of time and we paid for it. He waited 30 minutes and when he asked them how much longer it would be they said 15 more minutes. He asked for a refund and they said it would take 5-7 business days to show back on our card. They didn’t even act like they cared or offer anything for the inconvenience and now our food is cold. Horrible service. The food was awful. The pulled pork was super fatty and the lettuce was wilted and brown. I’ve given this place so many chances and they always disappoint.

This is the second time in 2 weeks to-go orders were incorrect. There is absolutely no excuse to not check the order before presenting it to the paying customer. Wrong potato given, unable to eat due to allergies and steak was SEVERELY overcooked. I will not be returning. Food quality has definitely dissipated and the lack of attention to detail of the order is appalling. A waste of money.

Food was tasty but very salty.
Very loud. I was able to get a children's dinner with no hassle.

My husband and I went here yesterday for his birthday. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently. Half way through our appetizer, we noticed we never got rolls. She apologized and got us some right away, they were delicious. The appetizer (blooming onion) was good as well. For our meals, I got the ribs, and my husband got a NY Steak. My ribs we're okay, my only issues were that they hardly any sauce on them and they were a little dry. My husband did love his steak, though. He was very happy with that. Oh, and our table was awfully small as well, didn't have much room. Overall, it was a decent experience. I'd definitely come back, but wouldn't order the ribs again. May try the steak my husband loved next time.

We usually get a hit every time I order from here whether I dine in or carryout so I didn't expect anything less. It was about 8:20 when we ordered to go and pick up was at 9:15. We actually love this location so coming from Maple Heights was not a problem. So that's what we thought. We got the whole slab dinner and the portobello chicken dinner. It was a to go order and we just thought it would be perfect like it usually is but they almost gave us a heart attack when they said they ran out of bread!! You know that's the whole reason we agreeded to gas up the caravan and make the pilgrimage over the river and through the woods!! The sides were the usual goodness they always are but the stars of the show let us down when it counted!! The ribs were burnt and dry and I don't know if I'm missing something but I didn't see any parmesean cheese or much portobello sauce on the chicken. It was a very disappointing evening to say the least!!

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this restaurant was a letdown. I went with my family to enjoy lunch, but the service was disappointing. I ordered a Ribeye cooked medium, but it arrived well done, so I sent it back. After that, our server seemed to be avoiding us, and it took an excessive 13 minutes to receive my steak, by which time everyone else had finished eating. The poor service prompted us to ask for to-go boxes. Although the restaurant kindly comped the steak, I was surprised to find that the take-out portion was extremely overcooked than the original 😂

I love texas roadhouse, have been going there steadily for 30 years, tonight though this particular location was way under par, first off when we were seated, we had no silverware, they seated us with no rolls or peanuts, then when our waiter showed up and got our drinks we asked for rolls and peanuts, then 20 minutes later he said they had none ready and they were out of peanuts, still no silverware or side plates, finally the rolls showed up, way after our salads, still no silverware or side plates, ok, so finally our food arrived, I asked for well done, it was almost completely raw, I almost heard a mooow, the grilled onions and mushrooms looked like they had been burnt 4 hours ago and then sat to the side. I doubt I will be going back to this location for a very long time if at all, I hate to see this since texas roadhouse has been great for so long.

I love the food here is amazing but my service was crappy. We asked for a table instead of a booth due to a leg injury and after waiting an extra 15mins I was put in a booth with a chair at the end. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. I told my server he was uncomfortable and all he said was sorry.

Everything I've gotten here is delicious. It's where my friends and I go when we need to cheer ourselves up after a rough day.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always upbeat and fun.
If you don't hear them singing the birthday song at least once when you're there, I would be amazed!
I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious steak and appetizers.
Dietary restrictions: There are peanuts everywhere, so please be aware if you have peanut allergies.
