Was taken there for a late birthday meal because you can never go wrong getting a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse! Our server Natasha was excellent , very personable & fun! She made the dinner even better & the steak was cooked perfectly as always! The only thing that bothered me was it was a little cool out plus it rained and the air conditioning was blowing straight on my top of my head... So it was a little chilly in there for my taste but other than that everything was perfect ?

The food is the best. Everyone is friendly. Only reason I have four stars instead of five is bc every single time I order to go they forget my bacon bits and cheese for my potato. Not just once or twice. Every single time. But besides that, two things up

After waiting an hour to be seated, when we were told it would be thirty minutes. We got greeted by the waitress pretty quickly but after giving our drink an Appetizer order, We waited quite a while close to 10 minutes, got our mixed drinks from the bar, but still didn't get our water and sprite drinks we asked for. When she finally brought the drinks, She forgot one of the drinks and it was another several minutes for that drink to come out. She took our food order after finally bringing out that last drink, It was close to another hour before a food came out. The only reason I am giving this review three stars is because the food actually was really good. From the time we walked in at 3:43pm p.m., we left at 637 p.m., which was almost 3 hours for 4 people, which is a little ridiculous. If you have plenty of time to waste on dinner, then this is the place to go. Good food but very slow service.
