Katie and Daria are INCREDIBLE! This was such a fun place to come for a night out. The bartenders worked their butts off and were kind, helpful, fun and just an overall good time. Make this your next night out!
Possibly an odd comment, but their bathrooms are so clean! It's not the norm to go into a bar bathroom and feel like I don't need to be careful of where I touch.

One of the most unique bars I’ve been at! Anytime I’m in willoughby, this is the place I stop at. The bartenders are always friendly and the food trucks are always good. I love the variety. Katie has made this place worth the hour drive for a night out!

I hosted my wife’s birthday party in the party room at The Yard. The venue was perfect and there was minimal set up needed on my end. Katie was super helpful and accommodating with everything, from beginning to end. She truly did an amazing job! If you are looking to host a party somewhere that has a great atmosphere, all at an affordable cost, I would highly recommend looking into The Yard!

**Editing because Katie was wonderful and the bouncer apologized for their mistake, which I really appreciate!** PLEASE HIRE ANOTHER BOUNCER. I was literally there yesterday with no issues. Walk to the gate today and hand my out of state id to the bouncer on a power trip who looks at my id for two seconds and tells me “can’t let you in”. Says that there are two other people he already let in with NC id’s and that they look different than mine. LMAO OK. There was a cop standing right next to him and I told him to run my id. Cop says “we don’t run ids”. My friend who was inside waiting for me and I left.

Parking: A little limited when it's busy. I got lucky and found street parking right in front so I'm not sure about all the options.

The Yard on 3rd is the Best outdoor patio in Lake County!The GM, Katie, is Top Tier in the Service Industry and in putting events together!The food truck line up is always stellar, and the drinks (non-alcoholic, as well) are great!This is a great place to bring family, friends, pets, anyone to relax, eat, and hang out while listening to great music, playing games, or even catching up!

This place is real chill if you want a bar to meet at with friends with outdoor vibes. Since this is just a bar, there isn't any food, but there is a pizza place right next door, and they also have food trucks that come and park next door. The parking seems to be street parking only, but it was my first time there. Had a lot of fun playing Jenga, I believe they have other games, but Jenga was the only one out at the time.
This past weekend we had my son’s 21st birthday party and OH WHAT FUN!!! Great place for a party. I was looking for a fun and family friendly place at an affordable price and it was all of that and more! Katie the GM was awesome and super easy to work with. Everything went seamlessly!!! All
Of my family and friends loved the place and we all had a blast!! Can’t wait for summer to be on the patio!!! 😁🤗❤️

What an absolutely amazing night and experience with The Yard on 3rd! Our family rented out the inside area during the off season for our “Winter Blues 2024” party. Katie was our coordinator, hostess and bartender…. And MAN…. She rocked every aspect of her role! I originally inquired via FB messenger and her response time was within 5 mins! We had every detail planned for a party of about 40 people, within a few minutes (seriously) and she offered any additional support /questions we may have needed with her contact info! On the date of the event ( JANUARY) we were greeted kindly and she presented nothing but professionalism and completely executed the manager/bartender role perfectly! Our guests were impressed ( even though we’ve frequented this establishment in the past and expected nothing less!!) The entire party was so smooth, tailored to our liking and we HIGHLY recommend Katie and The Yard on 3rd!!! The only regret was not renting it out for longer because we were having such an amazing time!!!!
