i always enjoy getting smoothies at these stores but this place really excelled with the customer service, one of the ladies making my order suggested i add Biscoff cookies into my smoothie so i told her to do it and OH MY GOD, it was the greatest addition to my smoothie ever, unfortunately i don’t remember her name but the two that were working were both very friendly and personable. I will definitely be back to this location.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Decatur, Alabama. We placed an order through the app on August 10th they did not have ingredients to make half the order. When we arrived to pick up the order, they explained they have not started the order because they were missing items. My husband told them to cancel the order. They gave us a receipt showing they voided everything off the order. The next day, the money came out of our bank account. I have been in the store SEVERAL times to get them to fix this issue with no resolution in sight. If you go, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER.

Gross food and isn’t that clean. Poor staff is overworked and underpaid

My wife and I every single day get breakfast from here. We see the same lady every morning she's sweet considerate and wishes us a great day.

They were busy when we came in, and our online orders' pick up time was 10 minutes prior to our arrival. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We asked for a refund since we had places to be. The manager snapped at us and was very rude. I would not recommend coming to this location at all.

I’m excited for a location in my area, too many people complain over stupid things. Talk out the issues and messed up orders and get it resolved like a responsible human.
