I got there hella early for a Sunday. I knew it was early because 1 guy was making food. When he had a moment, he let me know it was drive-thru or mobile only. So I did a mobile order and waited patiently. But hella people started coming in, then I thought, damn, I feel bad for dude. Suddenly, more Wendy's employees trickled in for the noon shift and buddy wasn't alone anymore. My wait time wasn't bad considering. It was right at 10mins.
I buried the lead - the new tenders are damn good.

3:25pm 1/4. Literally just left the drive thru. This was some of the worst drive thru service I ever got experienced. Placed out order, didn't get a total. Got to the window to pay and tried to ask for a total the girl ignored my dude. Took his card and proceeded to close the window. Her co worker behind her noticed pointed and was giggling at his growing irritation. He tried to ask for a receipt when he got the card back. Was ignored again. The girl behind the girl in the window points and laughs again. When we get the food he asks for a receipt again just got the girl to come back and say there is no paper. So we never got a total. Don't know how much was spent and the coworker felt it was more lucrative to laugh at a guest who was getting frustrated than to help the guest. Being out of stock isn't an issue being rude and laughing at a guest is.

This location is going down hill, I got to the window and they were joking about giving my food out to the car infront of me. Waited for a remake and it was wrong.

Came through the Drive thru after working 17 hours for dinner at 9:15 p.m. and ordered 2 meals and asked to add onion and extra pickles on my Son of Baconator sandwich and of course get home and the didn't add it to my sandwich. I also asked at the speaker for a side of mayo for my fries. She never even rang it in. The girl at the 1st window that I paid at wasn't very friendly. I even asked if she added the mayo to my order an she said yes. Then I pulled to the 2nd window and she was very short with me. I asked for katchup and said did you put my side of mayo in the bag and she said that the don't have them. I said yes a little cup. She slammed the window and got it for me like it was a hassle for her. There was only a little in the cup. Why is it so hard to add pickles and onions and give a customer a side of mayo ?? I was a shift lead at Wendy's for 6 years and never treated my customers with attitude. I always went out of my was to please my customers when they request things. It like they are paying for my food. SMH..

Honestly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
Rude employees, orders have *never* been right any time I've gone (yeah, this has been building up as a consistent problem) stale bread, how did you even manage to hand me a warm/flat coke?? How does management allow these conditions? Are they incompetent or deliberately refusing to see what they've allowed to fester here?
My most recent trip, and freshest gripe; is that the drive thru wait time was so long that I and 3 other cars left without the line moving at all.
I *love* Wendy's, or at least I did, until I moved here and found this sorry excuse waiting for me. I worked for Wendy's, for years, so I know exactly how little effort it takes to not be this god awful, and you can't even muster that much? Pathetic. Do better, be better.

I went to the drive thru and the service was absolutely horrible, kids playing at the window, my Frosty was half filled and the fries looked like they were refried and half filled also.. Wendy's is getting so bad they may just need to just close the doors, they have gotten worse than burger king smh,,it was terrible

This location sucks. They mess my order up EVERY TIME. Today I ordered chili and an Asiago chicken club and they game me fries and a regular chicken sandwich. Last time I went, sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes. Got tired of waiting and walked inside and all the staff were just screwing around and the drive thru girl was just standing there literally not doing anything when there’s 10 cars in line. This location will be closed soon if they don’t figure it out. Who ever runs this location needs to do better.

The girl at the window who takes the order had great customer service. The second window was a different story. Young guy threw my bag toward me saying absolutely nothing and closed the window. I waited for him to come back with my drink but why I saw was him standing with other girls talking and laughing. Another girl came to the window in the same manner throwing me another bag of food and quickly closing the window. I had to hold up the bag for them to check over everything. I told them I received my food already. Girl proceeds to say “so what you waiting for”…. I said my drink, my strawberry lemonade. Come home and both the burger and fries are cold as hell and the fries are half full. Won’t be going back.

The Baconator burgers were like dry and hard like a ground beef jerky.
It seems like they lost track of how long it was on the flat top...
