Longest drive through line in Lake county - rude, unpleasant, and thoroughly un trained staff.
Perhaps franchise owner increases the hourly rate or screens better employees.
Lots of trash talk and bull jiving going down instead of customer service improvements!

North West Box Breaks

What is wrong with this staff? I made a purchase, require a receipt. They don’t tell me they don’t have receipt paper until after I make the purchase. I said I need one for expenses. The one staff says they will write it out, I said sure, something is better than nothing. They write it out but on a napkin….. like for real… on a napkin. I ask, don’t you have a piece of paper ? She asks me to park out front while she writes it out on paper… takes forever. So I just left. Who hires these people as leaders ?

Terrible Wendy's! I'm never wasting my time at this location ever again. Very rude and uneducated staff. I got a mobile order and the entire order was wrong. I called and called and called before they finally decided to answer the phone. I told the woman who answered the phone what my issue was and I guess she didn't like my tone and hung up on me. Besides the order being wrong, everything was cold, fries taste like cardboard. Only thing that was good was the drink. Don't waste your time going to this location. Extremely disappointing.

The kids and I went in to order food.
First thing I noticed is the box of salad laying on the floor that the workers didn’t seem to care about. The attendant at the register seemed half asleep.
Them we saw the other one grab a handful of fries with his bare hands and put them in an order.
Even the hungry kids were like- let’s not.

If I could give zero stars I would. What a joke and an embarrassment of a Wendy’s and the General manager of this location should be embarrassed. First of all everyone is rude that works there, zero customer service. Believe me I know people suck working in customer service myself and I’ve also MANAGED A WENDYS and this is absolutely terrible. Second they are slow so you have terrible customer service and you can’t even be quick! Lastly, THEY NEVER HAVE BAKED POTATOES any time of the day. I live 1 minute away from this Wendy’s and go often. I can tell you right now they’ve only had my baked potato one time and that’s my going about once a week for the last 1.5 years I’ve lived near this place. They should just shut it down. I will go to the willowick one instead. I will never spend my money there again.

#1 It's fast food.
#2 There was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. After sitting down with our food we witnessed the employee carry the 🪠 from the bathrooms to the main counter area where you pay for food like it was no big deal. Set it on the floor to grab a spray and use right there. Gross. We'll never be back to that location. I should have taken a video or screenshot, I was not quick enough.

7 cars in front of us yet line moved swiftly.
#4 classic chicken combo. Wow that chicken was piping hot and delicious.
The fries were very hot too. I do wish they were just fried a little longer. The bigger fries were a tad raw. But over all it was a terrific meal. Hubby got the Jr. Bacon cheese burger and says it was good too.

I genuinely did not know fast food service could be this bad. My order was completely wrong and the employee refused to do anything about it. I waited well over 45 minutes in a mild drive through line for cold food that wasn’t even close to what I ordered!
