Wings were not fresh, probably left over from the day before. Gave 2 stars because I bought a chicken sandwich for my mom, and she enjoyed. Sticking with Buffalo Wild wings

Another bad experience at this location. I should have known better than to give them another shot. Wings were barely seasoned and the fries, well, let’s just say that I threw them in the garbage. The wings also tasted like they were cooked in year old oil. Some of the fries were bigger than my thumb and raw in the center. Will never go back.

Waited 30 minutes. My girlfriends order was not even in the bag and mine was completely wrong. This will be the last time we come here. $30 down the drain.

Ordered online, got the wrong flavor of boneless wings, no big deal cause people make mistakes. Went back and told the staff and mentioned what flavor it should of been, received the new order and once again got a different flavor than what I wanted which is disappointing.

Save yourself time and drive to any other wingstop location. This place is so hit or miss on the quality it's crazy. Last order was fine no issues. This time around not so much. Ordered tonight. Walked into the store with the staff telling a person sorry someone already picked up your order. Then the other staff saying it was a online order not a doordash and went back to bickering with each other. Finally got to me told em name for the order, picked it up and got home. I opened the bag and seen a fry no cheese though (no big deal) not going to drive back because fry have no cheese on them. The boneless wings though these were the worst I ever had. Cajun boneless wings weren't even Cajun and lacking whatever sauce they put on them and were chewy and the Flavor was awful. My lemon pepper boneless that I ordered with this one were alright but the other half of the 20 pack just chewy & gross. If I ever order wingstop again it's going to be another location.

Order was wrong order 10 boneless BBQ wings and got bone in. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone you'll just sit on hold and they won't answer. After waiting in hold for over 30 mins with no answer. My wife and I decided to drive back up to get a refund I called the store while in line and no one time did the phone ring guessing they have the ringer off. 2 girls behind the counter by the fryers where to busy in there phones I guess to do anything. The male worker asked what I needed I asked if I could get a refund for the wings that where made wrong he said I'd have to call wingstop corporate since I ordered online didn't even offer to make the wings correct. Then asked if he could get the wings back that where wrong I replied no and walked out he said something as I left the store but wasn't sure what he said. Entire experience was horrible DON'T Recommend going to this location not sure how the customer service can be so bad. Hopefully I can get in touch with the owner somehow but seeing all the other negative reviews at this location I'm not holding my breath. Instead go to the mentor on the lake location a much better experience with the food and customer service. Workers at the willoughby location where unprofessional.

Overall sad I can’t come into the store to order, but let me paint this picture for you:
I had a super rough day at work today and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets. I check McDonald's, boom all closed. Okay then, let’s do Wingstop. The one in mentor, boom closed. So I drive so fast over to Willoughby’s.
Okay so I go in they look at me I’m like omg what did I do!? I go to order they tell me they’re closed for the night. I literally hung up the phone with my girlfriend and went to the car and almost cried. Jari comes running up out of the building to tell me order online and they can make it that way.
She was SO nice and I think she saw my life unfolding and crumbling down in front of me..yes, all because I couldn’t get chicken I looked forward too all day long.
While making my order she (and the others making the food) were absolutely wonderful. This is all being said even before I eat my food and not be hangry anymore.
For real, A+ to them. Thank you ☺️

Relieved a call from my dasher at 6:26pm on January 30th. She stated that she had my order but the restaurant didn't have our drink of choice and refused to give us anything else as a substitute. What kind of operation is this?! You guys are always out of something. This is the last chance and I'll support a local wing spot instead.

Worst wing stop ever first we had to wait 50 min just for a 6pc wing combo and a chicken sandwich, then my wings wasn’t cooked all the way and my fries wasn’t cooked all the way either. They also kept messing other peoples orders up the workers where standing around on their phones and laughing please don’t come to work if your not going to do your job , also there’s no ice in the soda machine and out of 100 drinks there’s only 5 to choose from because the other drinks are out of order maybe they should people that before we pay for drinks ?I will be reporting this location because this is unacceptable and has happened to many times to me and other customers

Decided to give this place a second chance and that was a mistake. This place is obviously incapable of providing a good experience. No ice, no drink carriers, missing an entire order of wings and all of our ranch wasn’t given. Won’t make the mistake of giving this place a third chance that’s for sure.
