Just everything was cooked to the bare minimum, wing skin was all flabby and gross. Fries were supposed to be well done and were far from it, just a soggy mess. I was there as soon as they boxed them up, so they wasn't sitting around getting steamed up. I usually order from mentor on the lake wingstop and it's much better, so either they need to recalibrate the fryers or a new staff or just close down. I guess to end on a positive note, the order was correct.

Based on the difference in reviews, I was expecting this location to be inferior to the Mentor location. I was wrong! My wings had more sauce, the ranch dipping sauce was larger without an additional cost, my wings actually felt well-done when ordered as such, and there was ketchup easy to grab by the drinks. If I can justify the distance in the future, I'll choose this one over the other location!

You're the worst wingstop around. Couldn't cancel, delivered and charged a different card and now after an hour a big middle finger. I loosely hate your restaurant from the depths of me. Keep up the great work! This still stands, but I got delivery and was missing 1/3 of my order. 20 minutes on hold before updating this post. Ty.

Service is horrible tried to call in a order ended up having to drive there only to wait 45 mins for some food that is horrible food wasn't hot or cooked correctly the service is horrible here go elsewhere u will be disappointed if u get food here

if i would give this place zero stars i would. first of all, i walked in, everyone is on their phones and i had to stand there for a little bit before someone walked over to acknowledge me. got our order but realized the fries had no seasoning and i specifically asked for extra seasoning. so i walked up again and the girl stared at me then i had to say that there was no seasoning and she looked at me and goes “oh we’re out”. ??? sooo why didn’t she say that while giving us our order and ask if we wanted something else? then we get home to eat and i paid extra for ranches. no ranches. the place was FILTHY. the soda machine was pure syrup. sad i paid $22 for this. gross

The food at wingstop is the only reason I go back. I might try a different location. This one is always backed up busy and even if you order 30 mins in advance, you'll wait an additional 20-30 minutes after arrival. Everything in the place is usually in need of a cleaning (look under the freestyle machine...yikes) and it's an endless barrage of annoyed doordashers and impatient take out orders inside while the staff is busily trying to keep up with the barrage of orders they're getting.
Overall, the food is delicious, but the service is subpar/non existent. Maybe avoid ordering on weekends, or pick a different location.
I almost never leave bad reviews, so I will start with when they get the food order correct, it generally tastes pretty good. Went the other week for a pick up. Very rude & inattentive staff. Went in when food was scheduled to be completed, told to wait 10 more minutes. When back in 10 minutes, told to wait another 15 minutes??? That’s a pretty big miss. Will be going to the Mentor on the Lake branch from now on.

I haven’t had good luck at this location so I haven’t been to it in a while. But I decided to give it another chance and I really wish I didn’t. I ordered 6 wings and fries that said would be ready 28-30 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour. The workers were also vaping and playing on their phones. I got home and the food wasn’t even worth the wait. I order DRY RUB wings… only to pull a grease covered box out of the bag to see the dry rub seasoning came off all my wings due to the pool of grease in wing box. I couldn’t eat most of them.

Went to Wingstop in Willoughby around 7:00 pm yesterday for dinner. When I first went in, I was greeted by the cashier (Shayla). She was really nice. The whole crew was cool. They were all professional and I appreciate them for making me wings exactly how I requested and for just being nice to everyone who came in. Shout-out to the manager for keeping a tight ship. Go and visit this location.
