Willowick location consistently runs out of guac, fajita veggies, and cheese and it's not even 8pm. The workers try their best but whoever is responsible for buying the food needs to order more because people like me who don't...

As always people complain about their own stupidity. Anyone who goes to Chipotle knows NEVER order through the window and never order online because you always get less. And never go after 7pm because they start running out of things.

If the workers are mean, its because corporate sucks and expect them to do multiple jobs somehow. And on top of that they track every ounce of food they give people, so everytime you whine about wanting extra meat for free and...

The guy couldn't even roll the burrito. I didn't even have extra meat and only one small scoop of rice. He was slow and everything was dirty. My burrito was a sloppy mess and he even re rolled it. I've been to this location twice and had the same guy with times with the same issues. Its super slow moving, and unprofessional.
