We shared the BLT salad, potato skins, and boneless wings. They make their own ranch dressing which is superb. I like hot sauces and the XXHot is the right heat for a good taste (it will be too hot for most customers). The wings are possibly larger than Roosters. Next trip, I'm going to get the bone in wings.
