Food, Service and convenience are all great. I've never had a complaint. They just do it right.
The food is excellent and the service is superb.
Very bad experience this evening at Gold Star in Wilmington. Menus and crackers brought to us within moments of sitting down. Ordered Large Sweet Tea and a water got it quickly. We were ready to order when the drinks arrived, waitress said she will be right back. 15 minutes later another couple walks in sits down orders drinks and food.
