Employee and manager were both rude. I order the same thing every time. never ever do I drink hot drinks and when receiving what should have been my ice drink I was handed a hot drink then the employee and manager wanted to argue with me about their mess up saying I said the wrong thing. The short hair woman with glasses and the woman with long black hair. I'll never go to this Starbucks again. Definitely worth driving 10 mins further for better service

Stay far away!First time at this Starbucks, and I have been to many with wonderful service. There were three workers, one of which was new. We waited 40 minutes because they were so slow to make the in house orders, then I made my order, which was for a large pumpkin cream cold brew. I received the small. I mentioned this to another worker and was told I was charged for a small. I waited for her to continue, expecting a apology and the proper size beverage. Instead, I was told if I wanted the size I ordered it would be a few minutes and I could pay for it.The worker had an attitude, rolled her eyes at me, and so I left with my small. Then they forgot my friend's muffin which she wanted warmed. When my friend handed it back to get warmed, more eye rolling and attitude.I work in customer service. I understand it's a pain. But you honor the customer's original request at your expense if you mess up. Not the other way around.

I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso with pumpkin cold foam and was rung up for the apple one , I told them it was wrong and the worker scraped off the cold foam and put pumpkin on top…. I definitely threw my drink away after I got outside.

ayianna and kiara gave us horrible service. barely listened to us, were talking the entire time and weren’t paying attention, took way longer than needed to make two of the same drink and then made them wrong. super bad customer service. do better

Generally, Starbucks is very good. This one happens to be a little lackluster. The employees don't talk to you at all and when you hear them talking amongst themselves some of the conversations are not very pleasant. I understand it is within a Kroger and not freestanding but it's really not that great. Just go to Kairos...

I just go into Starbucks, I usually order ahead 100% of the time after work. I work at the newly opened Chipotle so I know the anxiety of the words "my order was made wrong" since its usually accompanied with out of pocket anger - so I was sure to be polite! I am lactose intolerant, though I can have a small amount of dairy with no effects.. so I got the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino with extra Roast (+$0.50)and Sauce, I think those were added correctly but it tasted a tad bit weak but that might just be me, there was whip cream which I asked to not be added. I got Almond Milk (+0.70), but when the employee remade it she rushed despite the tiny line I waited in (because I didn't want to distract the workers), the Frappuccino was blended for what seemed under 4 seconds, and she grabs a gallon of of milk with a red cap, my worry is that this might have not been almond.. but we will find out later! Over all, my drink had chunks of ice and I couldn't get it through the straw but didn't want to be THAT person, so I took what I got, so very moderately disappointed.
