Generally, Starbucks is very good. This one happens to be a little lackluster. The employees don't talk to you at all and when you hear them talking amongst themselves some of the conversations are not very pleasant. I understand it is within a Kroger and not freestanding but it's really not that great. Just go to Kairos...
I just go into Starbucks, I usually order ahead 100% of the time after work. I work at the newly opened Chipotle so I know the anxiety of the words "my order was made wrong" since its usually accompanied with out of pocket anger - so I was sure to be polite! I am lactose intolerant, though I can have a small amount of dairy with no effects.. so I got the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino with extra Roast (+$0.50)and Sauce, I think those were added correctly but it tasted a tad bit weak...read full review
