Staff is friendly, service is prompt, and to-go orders have been ready quickly & correctly each visit. Hands down best brisket I’ve ever eaten and their bbq sauce is top notch. I spent the majority of my time, navigating the app, trying to place my order. I was already in the parking lot by the time my order had finally updated but not taken off my coupon. BOGO 50% off. This was the entire reason I was even using the app. I had finally given up and was going through the drive-thru. Closed. How could I forget, it's been like this for months.
Again, food and service, absolutely no complaints. I even ate mine a few hours later, heated up in the oven. Fast food? Not if you want to use subway rewards and deals.”
